I placed order for a tulip table with 4 wishbone chairs; subsequently I've contacted online support to change leg colors to black. The representative told me to hold while he/she gets an answer or confirmation for me, so I waited and waited until the system kicked me out. That was about 2 weeks ago, and since then I haven't heard back from Rove concepts, nor was the order shipped.
