The office which the address provided did not have anyone inside, apparently because the person was in the warehouse behind the office's back. Also, there's no sign to go to the back to pick the items. No one picks up the phone, and there's no direct phone to contact actual person from Rove. I had to walk around, in pouring rain, trying to figure out what, how, and where i should go. Eventually I found a hint after i have to bother the other business neighbour for directions!
