Customer service is hard to reach
Placing my order was easy. But then I received an email that my order wasn't processed. Contacting my "concierge" was not easy - they don't take phone calls. When I finally chatted with a rep, he couldn't/wouldn't help me. I finally had to fill out an online request to reach another rep. My problem WAS solved, but it took way too much effort. (I will write another review after I receive my order)
