Pros: the Rove concept host program. The host that we were provided was very helpful in helping us make the decision to purchase the sectional we did.

Cons: No existing phone line support. Every single call goes to a voice mail saying you need an appointment to call them. I don’t understand how customer support can see done in a timely manner without an opportunity to talk to support for small questions.
The website is very unresponsive while browsing. Could be better while selecting options and placing the order.

Overall the pros did outweigh the cons because once you get communicating with a host, they are really helpful in describing their experiences. Just be patient because it will take some time to get one assigned.
