The online chat is fantastic for getting quick answers to furniture questions. The associates are quick to respond and well informed. What I am disappointed in are the vouchers - 10% voucher for purchases made that must be used up with six months. I believe that the vouchers should expire when your membership expires. The voucher is really not much of a perk if you don't receive communication reminding you that your vouchers are about to expire. As Designers, these vouchers are not necessarily on our radar - but if we were to receive some sort of communication that they are about to expire then we might actually pivot and see if there are any purchases that we are currently making for clients and go shopping at Rove1
