The response time and overall support offered throughout the process of buying and receiving shipment has lead to challenges and frustration. This was our greatest reason for wanting to choose another company. However, we like Rove's design selection over other competitors. We just wish there would be more support available so we could feel more confident in our decision to purchase from Rove, as there is no showroom or ability to test out furniture in person before purchasing. Shipping options are also the most expensive of any company we have ordered from.
