The website was very slow. At times, it would not update colour choices as a visual so it was difficult to envision what my final selection might look like. Overall, their products have beautiful aesthetic and we look forward to having these pieces in our home. Another drawback was the shipping time. One item is on back order, and so all items on our shopping list will be delivered when that one item is available (in 2-3 months). I would prefer receiving the items that are available now, earlier than later :)
