This is my second time purchasing from Rove Concept. I have been on the website for 4-5 days straight trying to buy pieces of furniture for my new place. I am sorry, but the website is terrible. I don’t think it’s the internet because I surfed the website on both work and personal places. It is incredibly choppy and lags a lot. When you zoom in trying to look at the dimensions, the website does not scale in and out properly. Making it un-clickable, and it covers the measurements at the bottom of the screen, and it doesn’t even scroll.

However, I really like the concierge service. Both times when I ordered my items, they were quick to answer and extremely helpful. This is a huge bonus, and I appreciate a live person responding swiftly.
