Payment is paid thru the app which you know in advance.

Bridget was perfect. Was cross-country and felt so comfortable knowing she was caring for my 2 golden retrievers. Pictures and communication was constant.

Jessica provided our dog with the best of care and gave us peace of mind. She was willing to spend the nights in our home. She remained in contact with us with updates and pictures of Thor. She was very conscientious!

It was easy to navigate and we found excellent doggy daycare for our dog in several cities while traveling

I was able to find a trustworthy place for my 3 dogs to stay that wasn’t too far from my home and for a reasonable price. I paid through the app so I didn’t get scammed, because there’s a lot of scammers out there that will do and say anything to get your money.

I just started giving my cat daily medication so did not think about it when we were traveling out of town. I found someone last minute who did a wonderful job giving my cat meds.

Jorge and Osvaldo. Was the most outstanding experience Tiffany ever had. Leaving my dog for a weekend trip is never easy, but I felt completely at ease knowing she was in such caring hands. I received updates, photos, and plenty of reassurance that she was happy and well cared for. When I picked her up, she was relaxed, content, and clearly treated like family. I highly recommend this sitter to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, attentive, and genuinely loving toward animals. We will definitely be booking again.

Used Rover for the first time for a short trip last weekend. My cat sitter was easy to get ahold of and she came for a meet and greet. Dee did everything I asked. I will definitely use her again.

Rover has been a wonderful experience for our family. Our dog has met his bestie, and he has been treated like a prince everywhere he’s stayed. We’ve had 4 different caretakers—3 of them multiple times— and all have been fantastic. This service has been a lifesaver!

Ronda was amazing! She went above and beyond caring for our four-legged son, Benny. After the recent passing of our longtime dog sitter, we were looking for someone we could trust, and we couldn’t have found a better person. She sent daily updates and photos, making sure Benny was happy, comfortable, and well cared for while we were away. Knowing he was in such good hands gave us complete peace of mind. We are so grateful to have found Ronda and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, trustworthy, and dependable pet sitter!

The boarders treated my pet as their own. They were loving to him and he was completely satisfied with them.

Not sure how well they do background checks, but all 6 that I did meet and greets with... weren't worth the money they request. Do better Rover...
