A great app for regular usage
A lovely, clean app interface and a simple flow for prescription renewals. And it doesn’t try to flog you loads of other things. Moved to Rowlands after getting frustrated with Pharmacy2U and haven’t looked back.

Consistently bad!
Consistently late in making up prescription leading to multiple visits to collect or check (wasting nhs time because I am a clinician too!) also mistakes made - pharmacy says haven’t received, surgery says sent.
