Great customer service and great rates!!!

Oumar provided excellent customer service to my partner who was looking to get full coverage on his new leased car. He had an excellent personality and energy. He was fast and efficient. I would recommend Oumar to everyone I know.

Oumar had an excellent customer service and deserves a raise. Got me what I wanted for a price range. I was looking for full coverage on a lease car and he got the job done in under a hour. Sending everyone out to this guy he’s my goat.

Helped me find the cheapest deals, great at explaining, apologetic, and very kind and communicative.

Today, I had the opportunity to speak to such a great representative by the name of Derek Holly of Savvy Insurance. I have chosen to give a review about him because there is not many that will talk to you and listen to what is going on and what is needed …. 10 out of 10 plus more for helping me out with everything I needed to get my insurance going!!!! We need more of him everywhere…. I will for sure tell my friends about the way he treated me….his great time and support are greatly appreciated …. Thank you Derek!!!!!

Kindness in finding me a great rate for my auto insurance.

Well they were able to get me much better coverage at a very discounted rate compared to progressive, through Liberty Mutual. Progressive was supposed to have reasonable rates supposedly cheap they were charging me over a 100 a month more and I had only basic coverage. Savvy was able to hook me up with a few choices all better than progressive as far as coverage and cost. I chose liberty and couldn't be happier as of now. The only issue i had with savvy was the robot that calls you to try to get everything rolling, called me at 8 o'clock in the morning. Every day, including Saturday and Sunday.
That was annoying, but I had spoken to the person who had written my the contract up and they said that they were going to remedy it with their bosses.. As far as live service goes though, they were impeccable.

Although I have requested at least five times to remove my name from their files, they continue to contact me! They must be pretty desperate for customers, so I’m not sure how great they would be😖😖 stop calling

The agent was superb. Knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, informative and disposition was excellent.
Could not have asked for a better agent. Anthony was the best agent I've dealt with in years. 100%. Took care of my needs and it was not a long process. Savvy is just that "savvy". I would recommend your company.

This was a relatively stressful time at a car dealership. I plugged my info into my phone and the quotes started flying in.
