This service works really well. It's ultimately a volume game, getting through automatic tracking systems now and tailoring each resume and cover letter to the specific job listing. Scale.jobs helps you do this at scale, so the name is fitting. Ultimately, this is still all highly subjective and comes down to the strength of your resume and cover letter and the fit, but being able to have hundreds go out and not have to devote the typical amount of time to each one on your own is a huge help.

I highly recommend the service. I would recommend getting the AI-assisted cover letter and resume feature and go from there. Their customer service is very responsive as well. Definitely recommend this over the more black box AI resume auto-applier services. This is definitely better - having humans on your team makes a big difference.

They have this button here, notice what is says just under it "try for free". but if you click on that, you're asked to select a plan, enter card details, and pay. As per research, this company has a pattern or harmful practices including but not limited to straight up theft, and attempts to suppress negative reviews left on TrustPilot. I have submitted all relevant screenshots to not only Scale.jobs but also my local Attorney General as well as the Federal Trade Commission, as this is the exact type of illegal business practice they go after. If anyone else has been charged, stolen from, persuaded to remove a review, or false advertised to, I highly recommend taking the few minutes to file with the FTC as well as your local AG. This company must face consequences, as none of this is a victimless crime and people are really hurt financially by such practices.

I didn't see anything about credits. i just click try for free and it takes me to a page where i need to choose a very expensive plan, then pay for it. I had to take a call from a rep to get a link for a free trial.
**UPDATE** I gave the free trial a try, which offers for them do submit 5 job apps for me for free to see how it works and how they do. I'm getting emails from the 3 available companies i selected asking to to do the job application. So effectively all they did was submit my email to the companies. I still had to manually apply to each job myself. How pathetic. AI def. does a better job than these clowns.

For example, their plans seem significantly higher than other platforms offering resume and cover letter tailoring. Based on this, I feel the pricing could be more reasonable for the value provided.

Being able to delegate job applications and have real people handle submissions on my behalf made the process much more efficient and far less overwhelming. A couple of times the wrong version of my resume was submitted for a role, or the skills listed didn’t fully align with the position (for example, medical administrative skills being included in HR applications). Unfortunately, this likely impacted some opportunities, especially with larger companies.

I also experienced some delays where roles I delegated were applied to hours later or the next day, and by that time the position was no longer accepting applications. I understand this can happen with competitive roles, but it did result in some missed opportunities.
