I purchased parking and added cancellation insurance assuming, like any normal person would, that this meant I could cancel if my plans changed. Instead, I later found out that the insurance is essentially useless unless something dramatic and documentable happens — like illness, job loss, or death.
So if you simply change your plans? Too bad. No refund. The insurance covers nothing unless life throws you a disaster. Why even call it "cancellation insurance"?
SEA and IMA Assistance make it incredibly difficult to understand what’s actually covered. It’s buried in legal language and completely unclear at the time of booking. I feel cheated and will never use this service again. And I’ll make sure others know before they fall into the same trap

Parkings are great, but avoid booking directly
Some of the parkings are great (without the bus ones), but the website and conditions aren't. It's better to book via third-party aggregators, then then the booking is fully refundable. When booking directly and your plans change, you're not going to see any of your money back.
