So far, everything has gone smoothly: the company's communication was great, the promised schedule was kept, and the installation guy knew his job. I did not have time to use the system much and did not need to talk to support, so I cannot comment on that.

Scammers! Beware!
These guys are absolute scammers. Don't let them inside your house!
They try to sell you a lie about there being a "special advertising campaign" in your neighborhood where they are giving five lucky people "500€" worth of their security devices (they looked more like some junk from AliExpress probably worth 20€) for free - you just have to subscribe to their 50€/month security services. I wouldn't be surprised if unsubscribing from the service would be extremely difficult. The salesperson even had a script he went through where he called his work buddy to ask if the last remaining offer had already been given away to an interested neighbor or not...
They also want to install cameras inside your house, and things like a "vision-based smoke alarm"! God knows what sketchy things they'll do with all the nude videos they're able to record and information about all those houses being left unattended...

Our sales representatives are knocking from door to door telling about our alarm system and services.
Our alarm system only takes pictures in cases of alarm incidents, the pictures are sent to our alarm receiving center and area only visible during the actual alarm incident. After that they are safely stored and are only accesible in case the customers themselves want to have them for insurance/other purposes.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused on this occasion.
