The jewelry was so cute, and the buckle bracelet was a gift for my sister. She put it on as soon as she opened it, and it broke, not even in a spot that would typically break. It was very poor quality. The earrings are decent so far, but the bracelet was a complete waste. I will most likely not purchase jewelry from Shein again.

These were ordered as a Christmas gift. They arrived on time. She enjoys wearing them.

This is the only time it's ever been less than 5. Some point during packaging of the items, one of the bags was sliced with something sharp. Only the one bag on the inside of the package with many items. It was a Christmas gift (sweater) for my mother, when I looked at it, the sweater had been sliced as well. I know it is a rare incident, but the fact that it costs to send back or exchange when it's not merely a wrong size or customer error is frustrating. Even the option to keep the damaged (purchased, no rf) item with free shipping on a purchased replacement could be enough for many of us seeing how addictive the site is. 😊

I make a purchase on November 28 and at this time December 22 I never received it. It was my daughters Christmas gift. It supposed to arrive between December 12-18 and now I know that the package never leave the storage in California. So sad and upset. Never before I have an experience like that… never! I’m waiting a response from customer service so I can take action.

I ordered a package for my nephews birthday and I was supposed to receive it by 12/7-12/11 and did not receive it , my nephews birthday was the 18th of December and I had to spend more money on a new gift for him and now I’m out all this money … bottom line , I understand it’s tough during the holidays but if my package isn’t going to come when you say then I should know that when ordering .. plus $.50 in SHEIN points is not an acceptable substitute for my gift order of $108 … smh very disappointed

My order is a gift so I don't know what she will think yet but the order arrived in a timely mannor and everything was there.

I've always loved shein, especially now with the pandemic, it has helped me spice up my closet. I've only ever had 2 problems with it: the first one is a couple of weeks ago I ordered 3 sweaters, 1 xsmall and 2 small. the xsmall one fit perfectly but the other 2 looked like I had ordered xxlarge so that made me pretty mad and even more when I went to look for a smaller size and they were sold out. second one is very recently i was trying to buy 2 bathing suits and a cover-up that I needed for a trip urgently and when i went to checkout it said i had a free gift so I was very happy about that, i did everything i had to, paid everything (even express shipping, which was really expensive) and the next day i got an email that my order was cancelled and I tried it again and the same thing happened so at the end I had to order everything again but I wasn't able to get my free gift, but at least it came in time.

So the last year I have been ordering for myself , daughter and gift from SHEIN and loving it so far. Definitely need to read the review on items for your correct size but shipping and customer service is always helpful and in time. I've actually been getting my items a couple days earlier then first stated.

I ordered a shacket for a Christmas gift and it was more like a robe. It had a belt and wide sleeves. Other than that, the rest of my order was correct

Items arrived 2 days early, thrilled had time to package and gift to others.

Let me just say how impressed I am with shein for this last purchase. I ordered 2 ugly sweaters for our Christmas party. The sweaters are great quality as expected. I was so shocked at how quickly I received my purchase. It was indeed a pleasant surprise. It was the fastest I’ve ever received anything I’ve ordered. I was able to give one for a birthday gift! He loved it! The early delivery was everything. Thank you for exceeding my expectations.

My daughters and I buy from SHEIN a lot. I love their clothes especially for my grandchildren also the gadgets they sale. I resent had to send information Thru the support team about not receiving the correct item pray they can replace it with the correct item because it was a Christmas gift. In all I have no problem with SHEIN

This purchase was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. In the past, there has been problems with waiting a very long tone for delivery. However, delivery was very prompt this time.
