Once again SHEIN has failed me. Sent off for Christmas gifts, I thought in good time as per SHEIN’s promised delivery times. Clicked in urgent delivery when I realised they were being a bit Kate and now they’ve pushed it back to beginning of January. Also, trying to play their Pupoy Keep for a free gift. What an absolute scam. It’s taking ages to get these puppy points but I’m now 0.16% off getting the free gift and I’ve hung in this far I’ll see how long it will take me and if I do get the gift, which I doubt, I’m so DONE with these scam artists.

I ordered a gift for my daughter a necklace for Christmas , It had a card in it that was supposed to say to my daughter well instead it said to my son was not happy at all and to early to return it

I love the price, materials, high selection and updates of communication with shipping and delays if any. I also appreciate the point system but some of these games be wasting my time like the money tree. It always gets me to needing 1 cent for my free gift but that 1 cents turns into multiple cents before I give up for false advertising!

I ordered party decorations, plates, gift bags and fillers for my son’s 8th birthday, but the package was never received, despite being marked delivered with a blurry picture of the reception area. I waited at home for the package at the time they said they would come, but nobody turned up and as soon as I received a notification that it was delivered I immediately checked the reception area of the building looking for packages, but all I could find was my neighbours packages left there for days to be collected. I suspect the courier to have stolen it after taking the blurry picture because I checked it one minute after receiving the notification!! Shein’s not taking responsibility for it not the courier. Avoid Shein at all costs and buy from Amazon or another shop which takes responsibility instead!!!

I’ve been a loyal SHEIN customer and regularly return items as part of my orders. However, with my most recent return, SHEIN deducted €10.58 from my refund without any prior warning or clarity on their updated policy. According to their customer support, this is because the discounts on my remaining items and a “free” gift were suddenly voided after I made the return.

Here’s what happened:

1. I returned some items as usual, expecting a refund for what I returned.
2. SHEIN deducted €10.58 from my refund, claiming the discounts I used were now invalid since I no longer met the original order threshold.
3. They even charged me for a gift that was initially labeled as “free,” with no warning that returning other items would result in unexpected charges.

At no point during my purchase or in the returns process was this policy made clear. When I asked if returning everything would fix the issue, customer support simply pointed to their terms and refused a full refund, saying that no further assistance could be provided.

This is unfair and misleading to customers. SHEIN changed the rules and didn’t notify me—or seemingly any customers—of the new refund deduction policy. This approach lacks transparency and penalizes customers in ways that feel dishonest.

I’m sharing my experience to warn others who may not be aware of these unexpected refund deductions.

This is a fraudulent website that delivers 80% of your order with low-quality items (I’d call it 'junk' that clutters our planet because it’s unusable). But when you try to return it, of course, they don’t want those items back. Instead, they supposedly 'gift' them to you, but if you look closely, you’ll notice that they keep more than half of the cost of this junk because, allegedly, you purchased non-refundable vouchers. I deleted my account and the app after my first and last order, and I advise you to do the same.

This company is a fraud, they simply dont solve the problem, I was refunded in a gift card that dont work and also received itens with wrong age classification that where a danger to my kids.
When I open a ticket they dont answer for weeks, some even months.

I have shopped at SHEIN for the past few years and in general have been satisfied, or they made it right when I wasn't.
Today I received an email from SHEIN, asking me to take a survey in exchange for free, stylish fashions, just pay the shipping.
So I took the survey. Filled out the personal information, address and credit card information. Shipping was only $7.99, however, it wasn't until AFTER they took my payment and at the very bottom of the page it says the "free items" are coupons and a gift card. The gift card isn't even to SHEIN.
I spent 4 hours calling and waiting and once I finally got the call from customer service, I explained the entire situation. I asked why they had to lie in the email about getting free clothing and because of that, I would like a refund.
They refused me a refund, but cancelled the recurring payments. She would not answer why they were deceiving people with the email even though I kept the conversation on the subject for a few minutes.
I told her if they didn't refund me I would not shop there any longer. She didn't care, she got my $7.99, and that will be the last time I ever shop with them again.
If they have to lie to get $7.99 from me, I'm sure they'll do worse for a larger amount. Good bye SHEIN!

I ordered clothes and other items to gift friends and family during my trip. Items still not here after a week of delay. I had to postpone my trip hoping the items will come but still nothing. I asked them to refund because I'm leaving for my trip the order is a gift and once I leave without those items they going to be useless to me because nothing on the order will fit me. They said they can't cancel the order. I'm probably not going to receive them at all or will have to keep items that are not useful to me. £300 wasted. They are quick to take your money but when it comes fulfilling your order or refunding your money they don't act swiftly. You are likely to loose money. Seems like their aim is
keep your money at all cost even if they don't fulfil your order. Not letting this rest till i have my money not giving any company free money!

I've ordered a lot off Shein & so far have been pleased. Their clothes are beautiful and I'm pleased that they always use a reliable delivery source, i.e An Post. I've an outstanding order & I see it's coming through Fastway. I swore I would never order on line again because of Fastway. They employ drivers that are not familiar with postal codes and put parcels in bins!! My personalised gift (not Shein) went into a green bin which was due to be collected in a totally different housing estate. Couldnt get an answer so travelled to head office to sort it which is how I found out where my parcel had gone & they said driver would locate it but no word so went looking myself but never turned up.

Recently the discounts on shein vouchers and gift card had decreased. And you need to start sending a proper Invoice with the break down as it was at the beginning.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME PLAYING " PUPPY KEEP".
I had play a few times for a free gift on " TEMU" and I did get them.So, if you want something for FREE look somewhere else, but not on SHEIN......

My husband bought me a gift card from shein I used it but the item I got where huge definitely not true to size they refund the money 💰 I paid but the gift card will not work at all they are definitely not willing to help at all sent pictures ECT don't buy a gift card from them they are horrible

Why did they stop using boxes?! My stuff comes destroyed if it's packaged in a box because they don't use boxes to protect their products anymore. I've stopped buying from them until they figure this penny pinching out. You can't give a person a crushed up box as a gift. Waste of money bc the product comes destroyed.

Your stupid app didn’t give me my free stuff I invited one of my family members cause it said 1 more person to get your free gift then it scammed me and when back up to 7 so your gonna your probaly gonna have to get me a free gift and I’m not playing any games

Only I been buying here forever and I Ave never gotten à free gift and had one package the I Ave not received but never the less u guys fit that I love u guys love the product bless

Pathetic experience with Shein and I won't recommend it. I ordered multiple dresses for my wife as an Anniversary gift and out of numerous dresses two of them are yet to be delivered. They have also charged me handling fees and I have been requesting and chasing with the team for 1 week and wasting my time and they are very adamant about refunding the handling fees. When asked about the missing parcel they provided me funiest ever response in my life. Pacel was spliited by Shein and the delivery address was the pickup point which can not be wrong also other parcels were delivered at the same pickup point and missing parcels they told me the wrong address and refused to pickup the parcel bla bla. Don't ever try Shein and try other competitive websites. Waste of time.

I have already contacted and it’s been going back and forth nothing else and wasting time.

The free gift is not working. I have send a lot of invites to people but it still doesn’t work
