I ordered a few items from their website recently and was I decided on one of those items so didn’t return it immediately. Shein have coupons that they allow you to use and when I returned all except one item they said that the coupon was no longer valid and took this amount off of my refund. Not only this but when I said I would therefore return all the items and have a full refund they refused point blank telling me that I wouldn’t be issued with a full refund which I’m not sure is actually legal. I have therefore paid a lot more for a dress than a)it was advertised for and b) was unable to return it and receive back exactly the total of what I had originally paid for all items. People watch out as I didn’t know this was happening and will never shop at Shein again!
When ‘customer service’ contacted me on WhatsApp it turned out to be a scam where I nearly lost money and have had to report to my bank and Action Fraud!!!

scam trough Shein
I order from A seller because I think Shein has verify they sellers but for what I see they don't, honestly this is second time i order from Shein a big item and i don't receive them, and when i contact FedEx they told me the tracking number don't match my name or my address so that being said Shein are allowing sellers to steal money from buyers and when you contact Shein costumer service there's not any phone number or a live chat agent to help with the problems, they make you wait 2 days to respond with a ramdom message... and not solutions I'm really disappointed and wont purchase anymore AND DEFINELY I WILL MAKE PEOPLE AWARE NOT TO BUY PROM THEM

dress was great, I liked it. the delivery time frame is the only thing I didn't like because even if you decide to pay for the faster shipping, it says it'll take a week or more. I have an event to attend and what I want wouldn't arrive on time. You have to purchase way ahead of time which sucks

Scammers
I returned a dress I ordered after trying it on for a matter of seconds. It was returned in accordance with sheins policies. It was not worn, not marked, not scented, not altered and no tags were removed.
I later received an email to say it had failed inspection and I wouldn’t be getting my refund.
I contacted customer service who refused to answer any of my questions and replied only with a generic response. I was refused help and cut off!
I have reported this to PayPal who will hopefully help me. I will never order from shein again I feel completely scammed and would never again recommend this company.
Edit in reply to response. I have reached out three times to customer service. Each time asking how it didn’t fall in line with policy. Each time ignored and sent a generic reply

Multiple times that i have returned some products, there is always atleast one product product missing the refund. I returned a dress that cost 19$ and they claim they haven’t received it, so i wont get my refund. First and last time i use Shein
I try first time Shein a coupel weeks ago. I though I try because they had curve+ clothes and first it look woaw with all the waist / hips etc - but I did feel like it was cheap and also why almost none informations of materiale etc. I though I try and I received like 8 - 10 days later. The tracking didnot work, and also it got me upset over more things. First of all for some reasons it impossionel to found out to write a review - eventh if you search for how. I gave up, so instead I will give a review here.
Honestly the 4 dresses / tunika I got was of so bad materiale and not sure how long it would last. Maybe none season - but worst part none of their true measuring around euch clothes where right. For a curve + girl that is impontent. I could send it back but what I gave not worth it. I just glad I bough it on a sale, which I have a feeling there always a sale - never really a true price.
The measuring was off from anything from 10 to 20 cm of top to hip, which is alot.
I also have a feeling if I wash it - which i will not do since I am never going to use it. It will also shrimp some in that materials that it was in. I wish I could go into the review and write one, but no matter how I try or look - it impossinel to get my review out there - I can only see alot of great review which I found odd. The material in some was feel like very cheap viscose and eventhough it said stuff like breathless materiale good to weird. I donot know what their feeling for good materiale or to breath in. For many curve + is not great
if you like me a heavy curve+ girl I would not buy there or donot do much one time. The measuring for eg 7xl - 8xl are not right. One dress seem was like more for high tall girls then for curve+.
I would not recomment this place. You canot write your review no matter how you look or try to found a way, euch the search subject line somehow funny enough donot work, the material is bad on most of the clothes I got. the sizes measurings on 6 - 8 xls are not right etc. Stay of it when it comes to clothes - spend money on something else. Also the tracking didnot work include on international tracking. I was NOT impress and eventh less when I got my clothes

Three items missing from delivery
I placed an order with Shein on 28/05/25 for twenty various items which included twelve cut lengths of lace and eight items of clothing. The amount I paid was £48.16. However when this order was delivered there were three items of clothing missing. Ie; crew neck T shirt, a pink dress (size 6 yrs) and a letter T shirt.
Despite searching I cannot access a means to which I can complain regarding this order. Over recent times I've ordered a lot of items from Shein but.......
I will NOT be ordering from Shein again until I receive the items that I've paid for.

I purchased a dress from SHEIN which I am not happy with the colour.On their website the colour looks different.I decided to return it.I tried more than 14 times but not easy to get through.They gave me a code and each time I entered the code it said code doesn’t recognise tried later.I gave another go tried 3 times today still I got no where.How are they allowed to do this to customers?Why they cannot work like TEMU my next door neighbour said TEMU is very good they don’t make fuss when you return any item.Someone out there please advise me and I shall make sure I will never purchase from this company SHEIN again.

Bad experrince
ordered a dress from Shein, in a smaller size to avoid it being too big — and guess what? It still came way too large. Their sizing is completely unreliable. Worst part? No free returns, and shipping costs more than the product itself.
This was my first and definitely last time ordering from Seini. I deeply regret it.
I strongly warn others: stay away from this site. You can find similar clothes on way better platforms — with real quality and actual customer service. Don’t waste your money here.

You never know what you're going to Get
My recent order arrived 6/22/25. Ok, so this is what I found.... one item, a crochet top looked nothing like the pic, was very poorly made and way shorter than shown and way wider than a sz Lg. I threw that out! Another top, a white eye lit summer top was way bigger and shorter than pictured. (ugh, I'll donate that). The 2 piece bathing suit, very flimsy and bottom had a very weird fit and bigger than a sz12. Crew neck yellow t-shirt, loved the material although the neck line was a killer, I cd barely get my head through (thrown out). The other 2 items, a racer back summer dress w/shorts built in, fit great and a skort, fit great and sewn well. You just don't know what you're going to get... Some things are awesome and somethings need to be ejected immediately. Buy at your own risk is what I say... which is what i do .

One item from my order never arrived
Ordered a lot of stuff on this site but the quality is what you pay for. Often item are not like shown in pictures . I ordered a dress that on the model looked flare but still with a shape. I got an ugly dress shaped like a huge A and nothing like the picture. My latest order was missing an item that never arrived. Customer service where are you? I'm not ordering anything again from this site where they photoshop pictures to make the clothes looking more appealing. Ridicolous
