I only recently found Shein, my experience has been great, ive found useful things i never knew existed, their selection is great, ive had one or two negatives, but on the whole ive been satisfied. Biggest negative was a handbag that reeked of what i can only describe as a petrol smell. The bag is cute,and i need it right away, as a gift, so im working on solving the problem myself. But all in all ive had great fun, ( perhaps too much) shopping at Shein. Ive never had a problem with delivery.

I purchased a gift card to use on Shein AU but I needed the package to be sent to a different country as I had accidentally chose the wrong region for the gift card, customer service was absolutely awful and they made sure of it, I made countless attempts to at least get it swapped with a giftcard of same value from the region i'm trying to get it sent to but they kept on sending me automated responses

This is truly a site where things are too good to be true. The quality is beneath the worst you could imagine. I shop at Walmart (Juniors' Department) regularly, and their stuff is heads and tails way better that this junk. The things that look like sweaters/sweatshirts are made of the most crude, lousy material you can imagine. It's so fake, I can't even describe what it is! Forever 21, HandM, Walmart, all of them blow away the quality of this place. And don't hope to return items--I got this stuff as a gift, and there is NO WAY to return or exchange it!

In the below comment I've already mentioned that I've opened 3 tickets in the last 2 weeks via shein application BUT the issue is still not resolved and my last 2 tickets hasn't even been answered. Then I receive an automated response here to open a ticket...This is not a proper response...Dear SHEIN, please see the reference ticket number in my comment below, investigate and resolve the issue...Your customer service is useless... It is impossible to contact you via live chat and you're not providing phone customer service either. I don't think this is proper service from EU legal point of view, I'll escalate it further for sure

Shein gift card for my friend's Birthday never received...
I bought a Shein gift card for my friend's Birthday. They have a really strange gift card order system as I only had to enter my friend's email address and my name to the from field, then the system deducted my money and I received a notification that my friend will receive the card in 1-7 business days (?). Then it has turned out that I provided my friend's old email address by mistake which is not active anyomre, so she never received the gift card to her deactvated email address. I opened a ticket via the Shein application (ticket ID: 81826710), they replied on the 6th of December and confirmed that they will re-send the gift card to my friend's correct email address within 24-72 hours, BUT THE GIFT CARD NEVER ARRIVED. Then I opened 2 other tickets via the Shein Application for the same issue, but haven't received any response from Shein since then. Two weeks passed since then and it is really akward situation as it was supposed to be a gift for my friend...This is not a professional attitude from Shein, I'll escalate the issue further if I don't receive proper resolution in a few days.

I had ordered on the 24th of November. One of my packages has arrived, the second has not. I ordered myself a nice top for my mum for Christmas, it had Gonks on it, and a top for my work party on the 17th December.

I haven’t had an update since two days after I ordered them. It’s making me feel like rubbish (I really wanted to swear then but I know it’s not really appropriate but it’s how I’m feeling) cause that’s a Christmas gift that might not even arrive.

Ordered four items. three arrived after four days. One did not arrive. waited two weeks, monitoring tracking. Then it suddenly says delivered. No way to contact customer service. no chat line, no email or contact number. It was supposed to be a birthday gift. This was the first time I ordered with this company. Very disappointed. However, I would like to know what happened to my order? When I receive my order, I will change my ratings.

I’ve ordered a pair of boots for my girlfriend as a birthday gift. I also paid extra for faster shipping. Made my order on the 13th of October. It is now the 1st November and I haven’t even heard anything from them. I can only speak to the silly robot on their website. They said they will do an investigation in 7 days. Thise seven days have now come and gone and still nothing. Not even a real person to contact me or anything. This is the WORST company I have EVER used in my life

I made an order and got it in time however unfortunately the clothes didn't fit my niece so decided to return it. Was processing the return and toward the end of the form for my surprise I got a message saying " I can keep the items as a gift' .WOWW I have never won a penny in my life. I was actually so worried how I was going to get the time out to pack them for a return/ label etc as I am a full time mummy with a 9month old and have a full time job. Thanks a million Shein. I will keep it as a giftxx

After reading the reviews, I was really concerned, as I had already placed an order, however, I haven't had a negative experience. From the date of order to arrivals, everything has gone smoothly. I love the designs and the materials and each garment was individually packaged perfectly, ideal as one of them was a gift.

got some great things with this especially home décor and some very lovely baggy jumpers great place also to bug gift wrapping and allot of small buisness supplies like stickers and bubble mailers.

I got a message this morning saying that the packege was deliver and that if it was not on my mailbox then it was in a bag hanging in the door. That is not true because I was home and they never knock on the door and there was no packege. It's sad because I ordered from shein before and this has never happend. I don't think if fair because I paid for something I never got. And I was really exited to receive my package since it was a birthday gift to my sister :/

Brought a couple of outfits for my daughter for her Christmas, she loves them, had to come back and buy her something for her birthday 🎂 🥳.

After eight different emails with several representatives, my e gift card to my
niece HAS STILL NOT BEEN RECEIVED. It was for $200.00 purchased on 12/5/2021. After finally spelling her email correctly; I thought success had been obtained.. alas it has not!!!.

My shopping experience was great. The site was pretty user friendly and I found some cute clothes that were my size (XL). I ordered all my items and they were delivered like 4 days before the actual delivery date, which was great because it was a gift for someone and I was able to give it right on time.

I’m always satisfied with the quality and craftsmanship of my SHEIN purchases…
I get lots of compliments on my at home salon like nail kits..the lingerie I purchased as a birthday gift- the gift recipient was ecstatic.

One of the necklaces I purchased the clasp was broken. My daughter was sad bc this was gift for her.

I like most of the products I bought from Shein.com in and of themselves. The white corduroy pants were not as advertised, as I thought might happen from reading one of the reviews, however I can probably wear them when the weather's warmer. It took some time to get the sizing to order for my body, as I understand from an Asian clothing company it will not be the same as American sizing.
Given that some of the items I purchased are intimates and even a gift for someone else (underwear and a blanket, and sleepwear for me), I would have wished that the tracking info had been more easy to keep track of so I could have known when they would arrive and not had them left outside our apartment for anyone to see. Two of the items I ordered that were way too big compared to the size listed, I either decided not to return or hesitated until it was almost too late, because I am fairly sure there was some label on the packaging that said it was non-returnable, despite the website's return policy.
Finally, although I will keep what I wear here, I will not wear a lot of shein clothes in addition to what I own given the lack of attempts to show ethics in manufacture and other supply chain ideas. If there are any I missed, sorry and do let me know and that would change my mind.
The best item I got was the men's blue velour sleep pants. Unfortunately for me, all the other sleepwear I got is not nearly as attractive and comfortable.
Summary: Some good, some bad, but I really wish I could have chatted with online customer support before ordering.
