USED to be a gold mine
Shein used to be a gold mine, but now they lie about their prices even when you add points, making things cost more money than originally I don’t think that the tariff situation is really a big cause for them raising their prices, but that’s what their excuse is apparently I don’t think I’m gonna be ordering from Shein anymore unless they put their prices a couple dollars less expensive like how it used to be.. because I only ordered 3-4 items and it’s costing me 40 freaking dollars!!! And I’m talking about 60 cent pimple patches and three dollar hair extensions and an eight dollar dress w/two dollar shorts absolutely freaking ridiculous!! You used to be able to buy a lot of items at once for very low price! Unfair prices I’ll take my money elsewhere.

SCAM-Items not as pictured
I purchased 8 pieces of clothing from Shein. The pictures of models wearing their clothes look great but those aren't the clothes you get. Their products are so cheap, I didn't have high expectations but thought they would be OK for quick casualware. I was wrong! The fabrics used are chintzy, see through and scratchy. Some clothing had totally different shape than pictured. One casual summer dress looked like scrubs a nurse would wear. Shirts were so boxy with no shape. I tried to return them but there was no info on returns. There were instructions for returns but when I would click on the appropriate area, there was no info on how to return or contact the seller. This company is a huge SCAM!!!

I ordered what I thought was one dress…
I ordered what I thought was one dress for $19. Two dresses arrived, I checked online and it showed one quantity. When I investigated further I was charged for two dresses. Be cautious of their website! I tried to return it and they wanted to charge me $20 for shipping! More than the dress was worth! Everytime I contacted them, an AI responded. They have horrible customer service and I will never order from here again!!!

My delivery order changed 2 times, I got a few packages but the main thing i wanted was my daughter dress for her sweet 16 birthday and he birthday already went, which they changed the delivery date again, I had to cancel my reservation 2 times at the restaurant because of this, I always shop at shein and first time I get into so many problems for my order which I paid alot of tariff for which I didn't mind spending the 600 dollars but I will not be shopping here again, way to much stress and frustration for my order.

I ordered 2 pieces of dress and it was to small. I did contact them and told my problem and I have even send them the dress how it looks like on me. They approve my return. They gave me a address the weird address . Now I received that they can't give me refund. I paid for Kr. 350 and I paid 280 for return and now they just trash the case.
Shame on you Shien is this the way you fooled your costumers? Is this how you still money from your costumers? You product it wasn't good but we pay and you don't do anything. Sheinbis a mess netshop🤮.

i ordered a dress for my daughter that needed it by may 20, this was may 1 went i did the first purchased, i sent pictures of my bank transaction since they require it to verify it. However, they didn't recognize it as legit for some reason and it got canceled. I ordered again and sent 5 different pictures of the same transaction and they canceled it again. My daughter needed that dress because everyone else in court has that dress and she will not participate inthe quince no more. Very disappointed and customer service is no help obviously

Dear Shein Customer Service
I am writing to request assistance regarding a missing refund. I returned two products in the same return shipment: one priced at $17 and the other, a more expensive gala dress, costing approximately $145,48. I followed the return process correctly and was given the option to include both items under one return label.
So far, I have only received a refund for the cheaper item. I have proof of initiating the return for both products and confirmation of the return shipment. Despite this, I have not received the refund for the expensive dress.
I have attempted to contact your customer service multiple times without success. I am very disappointed with the lack of support, especially considering I had plans to continue shopping with Shein. However, I will not make further purchases until this issue is resolved.
I kindly request that you process the refund for the gala dress as soon as possible.

I bought a set of vouchers to use with minimum orders. I bought in good faith four dresses, a jacket, a hat and gloves. Two of the dresses did not fit so I started the return process. But because after sending them the minimum order would not be met, they deducted £13 of the refund of £32. I tried to send just the most expensive dress of the order (£21) and they were going to refund me only £1.99! I can see why as there must be people over ordering to get the discount and then sending items back. However, the two dresse genuinely do not fit me. I tried to offer them a solution of getting a credit note so that the money had to be spent in their company. But that was declined twice. I will therefore send the whole order back and that is the end of my custom with them. I also have to mention that I received in recent previous orders a dress that did not even come from Shein ( I suspect someone had sent back an old dress in place of the one they had ordered and kept the new one) and a dress that smelt so much of sweat that I had to open the window for 30 minutes after just briefly taking it out of the packaging. Disgusting. I will never recommend Shein any more to anybody. The customer care is non existent now they have tried to (succeeded?) enter the stock market.
