Everytime I've ordered something is wrong, now I've only ordered 3 times, the one that showed up fine was a pair of sunglasses, but I was sent the wrong thing when I ordered a robe, and when I was buying a gift for my boyfriend, It was never sent to me.

I love shein so much!!!! This is where I do all my clothes and gift shopping at. Wonderful customer service too!!!!!

Appalling product and customer service. Item did not match image or expectation. I was expecting to receive a size 12 trench coat and was quite flabbergasted to open the package and discover what appeared to be more like 2 kingsize sheets sewn together to loosely create a makeshift coat the size of a 4 man tent. Moreover, the item caused even greater disappointment since it was intended as a Christmas gift for my daughter and had been anticipated with great excitement alas only to marr not just mine but more relevantly my daughter’s Christmas Day. The lack of customer service and communication from this supplier was totally unsatisfactory and unprofessional. They did not send or provide an order confirmation and they refused to accept the item for return choosing to stick resolutely to their return period policy (which incidentally was not clear to me on their website and was not sent or provided at any point post purchase) despite the fact that they were made aware that the item was only opened on Christmas Day as an intended gift. This experience has given me zero confidence to shop with this supplier ever again and I have unsubscribed from their mailing list to avoid constant advertising emails from them which incidentally I was not aware I had agreed to in the first place.

SHEIN is the absolute best. I can’t wait to get more money and points to buy more stuff. Please give me a free gift for my birthday coming up February 2nd please.

I think Shein does a wonderful job! Seeing as this product gets shipped from a different country than I live in (From China to the US), I have been impressed at how fast it arrives! (Lately it's been 2 weeks or less!) I really appreciate the tracking information that gets updated along the way! I have not been disappointed yet with a product~ The clothing washes up nicely too! One time a shirt arrived smaller than I had thought, (But this could have been prevented on my end by reading the reviews better!) But it was only $3 so it wasn't worth the energy on my end to return it- I just gave it to a smaller friend of mine as part of their Birthday gift and they LOVED it too! (Now they are hooked on Shein as well.) I always get complimented with things from earrings, to unique pants, and always have the cutest dress shirts at work! Keep up the good work Shein! :)

I never received my package and now communication has stopped on trying to get the issue resolved. Way to waste my 9 year old nieces Christmas gift money.

Package was lost so not all items arrived. Some of the items were refunded but they were refunded on to a gift card that wasn't kept after it was used so it does no good to us. When we emailed to try and address the issue that was no response. Many of the items that did arrive were the wrong sizes and poor quality.

The items I bought were for a gift and they fit and she loved them ALL!!!

I placed an order and instead I received the gift and didn't receive my order and I'm not satisfied at all ? I feel very mad 😡

We are less than very dissatisfied. Ordered one jacket - it came ripped at seam. Ordered a second jacket - it came with one front pocket halfway ripped off. Please do not offer a credit to be used on Shein products, and please do not ask me to follow your returns process. I have gone through more than enough to simply get a jacket for my granddaughter's Christmas gift. Please just credit the credit card that I used to buy these. You can also offer to pay the repair bill for one of the jackets. The other one was given away to charity. Order numbers are: GSUMP404N00JQTR and GSUMP404N00JQTR. I wrote an email to Shein support about this along with photos. You did not just disappoint us. You upset and disheartened a 10 year old girl who was very excited about getting a jacket for Christmas. That was almost a month ago.

Shein refunded what we were charged for the two jackets and did not require that the jackets be returned to them. They did this right away after we figured out how to lodge the complaint with their customer service. We are very happy with the way that they responded.

Never received my order of over 20 items. An over $150 order. Super sad because I really wanted everything in the order and one item was supposed to be my grandmas Christmas gift

I've ordered numerous times from Shein in the past 4 months, and I've been very pleased with everything. The ease of ordering from the website, especially love the reviews because many have more details, so you know what size to order. The quality of everything I've ordered whether it be for myself or for a gift has exceeded my expectations. They have so many choices to choose from and the prices are fabulous. I will definitely keep ordering from Shein and have been sharing my experience with family and friends.

Your sizes are all over the place. I bought some things in a medium and they fit good. Then 2 items in a large and the size large that came could maybe fit a small child. Stinks when it’s a Christmas gift. Disappointed customer.

I’ve ordered from Shein several times and have had no problems. but this last time I ordered something as a Christmas gift on December 3. It said it would be here December 28. Today is January 12 and I still have not received my item. I tried cancelling the order and it wouldn’t let me.

Everything purchased was a Xmas gift for my daughter. She loved it all just what she wanted. 😊
