I absolutely love Shein as it allows me to shop for fashionable plus size clothing at really affordable rates. Usually shopping for my son would be challenging but with Shein it's so much easier. SHEIN IS A GIFT FROM GOD!!!

I used to love Shein (knowing that it wasn't going to be the best quality due to the price) but my last experience was the worst shopping experience of my life!
My husband got me a Gift card for Christmas and the order that I placed using it never arrived. Almost a month after I try to place another order, to another address (just in case) with the refund received and it said card invalid!
The customer service rep told me that the card was blocked bc my account was flagged for fraud.
So I ended up without the clothes, gift card and my husband wasted $200
This was a theft, plain and simple!

I ordered a good amount of clothes to gift to my nephew for Christmas since I saw they had good pricing. I paid expedited shipping which is around $13 so that I could get it here as soon as possible.They took alittle bit longer than expected to process my order but I figured I ordered with enough time that it wouldn’t be a problem. Well, after they finally shipped, it seems my parcel got lost in transit. I kept reaching out to FedEx as Shein told me once they ship it’s no longer their problem. Finally after a week of no movement or help from FedEx, I reached back out to SHEIN to see if I could at least be refunded so I could possibly reorder my items or buy another gift for my nephew. They asked me to give them another 7 business days to investigate what happened before I contact them again. At this point, I’m out of money, time and gifts. I tried to be patient and gave them the time they requested to look into what happened. The 7 business days have come and gone so I requested that they refund me my full amount. They told me I would not be refunded shipping which was $13 because it’s not something they do. Instead they tried to give me a coupon code for free shipping which mind you, you get free shipping if you order more than $49 anyways. They are complete scammers that don’t care about their customers. Do yourself the favors and shop elsewhere as they will do nothing to help you out when things go wrong

I received my shoes and two different ones were sent. This was a gift for my mom and so I'm very disappointed. The other products were okay.

After several emails no reply missing items from my order that you have taken payment for such a shame because I was a really good customer

No issues with my items, or shipping. Prices are great, and the selections are cute. The give aways/Flash sales don't really seem to be worth participating in, and I wish I would've received the gift card advertised when signing
up. Overall I enjoy the site, and I'll continue shopping with SHEIN.

I didn't get a chance to claim my free gift with my purchase and i brought it up to customer service and they didn't resolve it but instead told me my package was shipped when i literally just sent in my order . They told me they cannot do anything about it ...I never got the gift.

I haven’t opened up, to take a look, at the merchandise, because It’s a gift, but, because of my past purchases, with other wigs, that I had bought, I wouldn’t, doubt, that It’s going to be, pretty nice.

I really enjoyed using Shein to purchase any of my clothes and stationary items mainly because they're very diverse and the actual purchase of the items such as I can use a credit card debit card or a Visa gift card which I really really appreciate. They make it easy to basically browse around and look for items. I've never had trouble purchasing anything and everything has come in on time, sometimes earlier which is awesome. 👍

After years of trying to find the right gifts for all the female relatives I found shein.com and now no one needs gift receipts and or returns a thing! The quality of everything I have purchased has brought about many compliments.

I ordered stuff before but this time I ordered for the family for Christmas. My 2 20yr old sons and 17yr old daughter and husband, and each gift fit great and they all liked the styles I personally picked. Thanks to the great pricing I was able to make that dollar streatch far. Will be my go to store from now on :)!!!

I have ordered numerous of times from shein but this last go round has been ridiculous!!! I ordered December 8th and I have yet to receive my order which was suppose to be delivered by December 19th. This was for my kids Christmas gift the only thing I was offered was a 50 cent discount I’ll never order from here again this issues should’ve been handle way better than what it has been smh!!

I ordered gift cards for Christmas on Dec. 20th and still have not received them. On the site it shows that shipping is TBD. There is no phone number listed on their site

I am very confused about the e-gift card. I purchased 2 and they sent a email about them processing and I still don’t have access to them. This was before Christmas. Very confused

Purchased gift card for my son before Xmas and still waiting for the pin to allow us to use the gift card. Customer services is shocking waste of time. Please please avoid
