Great service

DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY.

THEY CALLED US FOR AN EMERGENCY PLUMBING LEAK AND GOT THE JOB DONE , THEY SAID WILL PAY ON SITE, TOOK AGES TO PAY FOR A JOB DONE THERE AND THAN ON SITE ON THE MORNING,

DONT EVER USE THEM THEY ARE FULL OF CRAP.

I have written to you 3 times with no response.

Constant generic emails filling up my inbox but zero customer service.

Dudley branch on Pedmore road, excellent experience at all stages, fantastic staff, knowledgable and helpful.

The branch holds a lot of stock and the staff are helpful.

Helpful staff as always, providing the materials we needed at short notice.

I am using a friend’s Google account to write this review, as my computer is not currently working.

I would firstly like to extend my sincere thanks to Barbara, who works as the cashier at the front counter. She was exceptionally kind, patient, and helpful during my visit. I had brought in some broken roof tiles from my porch roof and, not being a roofer myself, I arrived feeling completely out of my depth and honestly quite nervous because I had no idea what type of tiles I needed or even the correct terminology.

Barbara immediately put me at ease with her warm smile, approachable manner, and genuine willingness to help. She took the time to explain the different types of tiles and guided me through what I needed without making me feel embarrassed or rushed. Her kindness and professionalism turned what could have been a stressful experience into a very positive one.

I would also like to sincerely thank the two gentlemen in the warehouse whom I spoke with afterwards. They were equally generous with their time and knowledge and gave me what felt like a mini education on roofing tiles. They answered my questions patiently and helped me understand far more than I expected when I walked in.

It is rare these days to come across such genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused staff. This company should be very proud of employees like Barbara and the warehouse team. Thank you all for your outstanding service and for helping someone who came in knowing absolutely nothing and leaving feeling far more informed and much more confident than i did when i walked in.

The manager and staff at the Scunthorpe branch are extremely helpful. They work very hard to ensure our needs are met.
