Good site to find a permanent babysitter

I tried several sites, and only with Sitly I was able to find suitable babysitters. Thank you Sitly!

Money hole- a wild luck

Two things I find really notdone: you have to pay even to see the profiles of who applied. This is so stupid! While looking myself I find noone who matches my criteria ( or rather they have been online months ago so useless), yet I have 10s of applicants. It would make so much more sense for me to see who they are and to see if it's worth getting a premium. Otherwise it all looks like a scam and a bait to get you sign up. 2) even if a sitter has a premium account you cant message them unless you have a premium account too. So they basically want money from both sides. How shameful. Other than that I found the choice of applicants bad. Even the ones who message you then disappear without a follow up. Im sure there are also good ones but it'll take a lot of time for you to get lucky to find someone as most seem to be hardly using the app.

We ask for a Premium subscription to initiate a conversation to ensure a safe and committed community. Regarding the applicants, we assure you they are real users; however, response times can vary depending on their current availability. We are constantly working on improving our filters to highlight the most active profiles and hide those that haven't been online for a while.

As for the messaging system, it is designed to allow both parties to connect with only one of them needing to be Premium: the person who starts the conversation. Replying to a message is always free of charge. We truly want you to find the right fit, so we would like to take a closer look at the profiles you've received to see how we can help.

Good, only if you get enough responses.

I don’t like the current model in which you are charged upfront just to communicate. It becomes a gamble where if you find someone it is fine but if not then you start feeling like you are scammed. The monetisation should be after a deal is made only. Also the app is still clumsy, filtering options are limited and always resetting to smth else
