My experience with Sky Switzerland was…

My experience with Sky Switzerland was very disappointing.

In my view, the contractual terms related to the blue Sport Pass are poorly communicated. An offer that is presented as free automatically turns into a 12-month paid subscription.

Despite several attempts to contact customer support and pointing out that the service was never used, no goodwill solution was offered.

To me, this model feels like a classic subscription trap. Customer friendliness should look different.

Very scummy company

That was 2 months ago and since then Sky has been calling and harassing me almost daily to renew the subscription.

Horrible company. Stay away

Extremely poor service and customer service …

Extremely poor service and customer experience I have received from your company over the past three months.
I attempted to place an order for
broadband seven times during this period.
Each time, I was assured that the service would not be cancelled despite being told that the connection was "part fibre." Every single order was subsequently cancelled.
|later discovered that part fibre is not available in my area at all, meaning your team repeatedly attempted to sell me a service that you were never able to provide. Despite this, I was charged multiple upfront fees, several of which remain unrefunded.
Even after I clearly explained the situation
and stated that I only wanted ADSL service, I was asked to pay yet another upfront charge (the fourth time). I refused, as I had still not received refunds for the previous payments. At that point, I gave up entirely and ordered ortable hotspot
from Vodafone instead.
To make matters worse:
• One order was cancelled because your team entered my address incorrectly
• Another order was cancelled because you attempted to use my existing landline number, which I did not specifically request and was later told could not be used
• Despite having no active contract due to these repeated cancellations, Now Broadband charged me as if I did
This entire experience has been
frustrating, misleading, and unacceptable.
Repeatedly taking upfront payments for services you cannot provide, failing to refund customers in a timely manner, and charging for non-existent contracts is not just poor service — it feels like total scam.

Very bad experience

Very bad experience, i got broadband service and it is not activated on the day of activation. They say engineer will visit and no engineer contacts you n then they say we came n you were not at home. No time nothing, hw can i be available like this while m working.
And now i dont know hw i am gonna get things sorted out. I called helpline and the agent was so rude.
Never buy SKY..

Disgusting

Disgusting. They have charged me £200 for going abroad when my phone hardly worked!! I cannot wait to finish my mobile contract with them never again I will ever be a customer.

Sky Germany is a cash-grabbing disgrace

They increase the prices but stop broadcasting Champions League games. You also pay 15 EUR per month for the Entertainment Plus package only to watch 2mins of ads before every movie or episode of a series - what a joke! Then too the Netflix is with ads... It's become such an outrageous cash-grab.

zero customer service
I purchased a Sky Stream box which, upon receipt, turned out to be the wrong product. After contacting your support team, I was instructed to return the item for a refund, which I did promptly. However, I have now been told that the £40 I paid will not be refunded as it was supposedly a “delivery charge.”

Dishonest and doesn't give regard to…

Dishonest and doesn't give regard to consumers rights. They charge me more than double with even informing me. Customer service is rubbish and they do not even try to understand the problem and go on like a broken record. I have been with sky for over 23 years but never seen customer service like this before. Just rubbish!

They force me to see 4-6 commercials…

They force me to see 4-6 commercials for one 45 minute serial... If I make a weekend and see a season ... it's alomost 100 commercial spots. For what do I pay them almost 60 Euro a month. Now they added advertisement even to Netflix - NO THANK YOU!

Very Poor Service

The first few months were fine, but hey tried to change the content of subscription without asking for permission. Revocation was made as hard as possible. Links not working, no proper contact possible via wiritng, awful chat support.

Cancel contract only possible via Hotline & 30 min queue

After searching for half an hour, I didn't find a way to cancel my membership. Then I called customer service. There I had to wait another half an hour in the queue. I also got confirmed that cancelation is only possible via Phone. That should be illegal... Never again SKY

Worst chaos ever.

I just skip the rant about their streaming app and qualit<, because:
A dying company. Just visited their office and the poor-looking faces. This company is just doomed. Good luck against DAZN.

They just pushed an update throug and now people cant login to their shitty app anymore!

Useless company that increases your…

Useless company that increases your bill so much and have a rubbish experience with them. Was told 4 years ago I needed a new box but there call out people and still Havant for one only I’m paying twice as much as I use to. I’ll be leaving soon

Cancelled within 14days, NO REFUND

I joined Sky.de for a 1year contract.
I cancelled my contract within the test period but they charged me for the full year.
They had my call recorded on the system but still refused to refund me. I contacted them over 8 times and was no help.

Stay away! Rather join DAZN or other sport streaming providers.
