I have purchased a £500 drone and the company is purely a con! Fortunately Amex will refund the money and they will recoup from the company who is their client. !

This is a spam website and i'm another person who fell for it. I ordered a shed at an amazing price in August delivery was to be in 5 days, still no shed. No response to my emails. This is a spam website and it should be shut down.

Do not use this website, it is a scam. The prices are too good to be true - because it is all designed to part you from your money. Click through the pages in the website and you'll see it is very poorly constructed and generally doesn't have any stock. There are no contact telephone numbers or an actual trading address. The email address on the website differs from the one that comes up on the invoice (which links to a completely different product and company). I found this site because I did a Google search for an item that I was comparing prices for, and this site came up with a good price. I just clicked on the ad and purchased the item without thorough investigation of the seller, and now I have lost out. You cannot contact this company for a refund, so you'll be left trying to claim through your payment method. Save yourself the headache and just shop elsewhere. I have reported the website to Report Fraud too.

They've had my money for a good couple of weeks now. Aside from the initial advice note, I've had nothing further, no updates from them, and no answers to my queries. I think we all know what that means.

Total scam, paid for a shed to find money taken in Italy. Ghosted totally and no shed of course.Thankful to MBNA for repayment, but we all pay in the long run.

Ordered an aircon unit, payment was immediate then confirmation came through from a weird cosmetic company, I smelled a rat and looked them up and hey presto Scam…. Do not order from them

This is a fully organised scam! I don't understand why they are still allowed to trade and steal people"s money.
I ordered a garden shed, from smiletogo website, costing £199. The payment went through swiftly. However, I received payment confirmation from dermylab.com, email name appears as DemmyLab, which is a different domain to the seller site. First flag was when I tracked my order number on their website to query my delivery date, it was not recognised. I emailed them to query, no answer. Then I saw the reviews online, no one has ever received a delivery. They collect your payment and ghost you out.
Do not buy a single item from them. There is no telephone number, no UK registration number either to check

I have contacted my credit card and they said that I have to give them until the 22 August to deliver. After that I can call them back and they will endeavour to reclaim my money,

Meaco air-conditioner order — serious concerns, awaiting delivery

On 11 August 2026, I ordered what was advertised as a MeacoCool MC Series Pro 9000 BTU portable air conditioner for £199.

I received an order confirmation headed “Berger Boutique”, while the £199 transaction on my credit-card statement appeared as “SP SMILETOGO BERGER”. This difference in names concerned me.

After making the purchase, I found a number of very concerning reviews from other customers, including reports of goods not arriving. I therefore contacted my credit-card company. They advised me to cancel my card and told me to allow 15 days to see whether the product is delivered.

I have also contacted the seller asking for confirmation that my order is for the genuine MeacoCool MC Series Pro 9000 BTU air conditioner.

At this stage, I am not saying that the product will not arrive. I am posting this review so that other potential customers are aware of my experience and can carry out their own checks before making a purchase.

I will update this review after the 15-day period to confirm whether or not the air conditioner was delivered.

Scammers,bought hot tub… nothing arrived,traced an address in Leyland through cc company,need to wait 15days before i can do anything with cc company,tempted to go knock on the fkn door…
