Very bad website. I ordered sneakers on sale and paid properly, only to receive one email confirming the order and the order number. After 7 days, I asked what was happening with the shipment because they had never sent it. They replied that the items they have in stock are shipped immediately, while items not in stock take up to 7 days — but of course those 7 days had already passed.
I waited another week and then sent another email asking why I had been waiting two weeks for delivery when the item had still not been shipped, and telling them they were very unprofessional. After that email, they simply canceled my order and started the refund process.
The item can still be purchased on their website and is listed as available, but you will never receive it. They have no excuse for the way they operate. I do not recommend any kind of business with them.
I ordered the same item from another company for the same price, and of course it was shipped the very next day. That says enough about this company and website — simply a disaster!!!!!

The shoes are wonderful but to small.

Almost one month and still waiting the deliver (in the website they said 48 hours to deliver). They dont answer emails neither the telephone. I think this company is a SCAM!!!!

After ordering, I was waiting for the shoes 3 weeks. Sorry it is to long.
And I have no person for write a question and communication. There is no Telephone number! It’s only E Mail contact. The shoe was to small, return , but I have my Money back! After 3 weeks..
For future, I don’t order at sneak com.

The lead time was even longer (60 days) than announced (up to 50 days). I was put off several times

Shoes came in short time. Also they helped me to send Order back and to get new pair of shoes in smaller size

i ordered smth like 3/4 months ago and it still didn’t arrive. thats okay i guess, but when i wrote an email to ask about my order they never gave a response. it just seems untrustworthy for me, so i wouldn’t recommend.

This company is a scam. I ordered some shoes already 2 months ago. So far I have received only automated e-mails about my order being under "careful review". What does that mean? If they advertise some shoes in their website it means they should be capable of selling them. Of course they have already charged my credit card. But the shoes have never (and I don´t thing that they will ever) arrive. I tried to cancel the order and of course this is not an option. In the meantime I have ordered the shoes from the original shop and they arrived in just one week. Never ever buying again from this site. Because buying means paying and not getting anything.

Don’t bother order from this website, the wait was little less than 60 days (but it’s ok because they do specific that) but the pair of Nike dunk low I got it’s 100% fake… 1 0 0 % F A K E ! ! !

I bought the shoes around Christmas last year (31.12.2024) until now I still wait the shoes, and I try to return the money, nobody answers me! I think it’s a fake online shop! Don’t buy anything on this website!!
