I had this mixed has a gift but when I used the level1 is no way it’s level1 it goes really fast and the mixture goes all over. Level 1 it’s like level3. Please help!!!!

Ms. Dimitrakopoulou, I salute you! I do NOT know what you represent in the company, but please accept my severe criticism for the following!
1. You do NOT supply me with spare parts - at my expenses
2. The machine, model C 4506, is the worst of the 20 that I have changed in the last 30 years (Saeco, Bialetti, Izzy barista, Gaggia, etc.) as 3 In less than a year of operation, with one coffee per day, it has lost all tightness and he runs/loses him...allegedly from everything, back from the cloister, coffee...while the alleged coffee is the color of water and coffee.....
Because I consider all this behavior UNACCEPTABLE and I do NOT want to be associated with lawyers etc. tell me where to return the machine to you, so that you can find out first-hand the company you represent and its "wonderful" products

ce4552 i bought it in egypt and the heater burned and dnot working i went to their agent in egypt and they said they dont have the heater parts and they have bad customer service please dont buy this brand
