Absolutely ridiculous company
Absolutely ridiculous company. For the last two months they've been trying to locate my deposit payment within their accounts. I've sent them bank statement, transaction copies and my account details to show the amount is gone from my account and was successfully transferred to theirs. But for some reason(which is incompetence) they can not find it.
It's been 5 weeks I've been in this ludicrous office and sent them 6000GBP already. But they don't even give me furniture for the office because their incompetent accounting team can not locate the initial deposit. So what do they do? They charge my credit card without my consent an additional 1740GBP. What a miserable company. They took almost 8000GBP from me without even giving me furniture.

I would like to confirm that the initial payment you made via bank transfer has been allocated to your account now. You can check the status of the payment in the statement of account which is available in the ‘Accounts’ section of your online account (myspacesworks.com).
Your centre team confirmed that the furniture you have ordered will be delivered to you on 07 November 2023.
