I have never had such a disappointing experience with this company. They have been charging me an extra £550 every single month without any notice, and this has been happening for the last 5 months. I have been trying every day to resolve this issue and speak with a manager, but nobody ever gets back to me.

When I call reception, they already know my number because I have called so many times. Phill Burley, Helen, and Aaron do not even respond or get back to me. This is extremely unprofessional and very rude.

Every day I call or go there in person, and they keep passing me from one person to another without solving anything. It honestly feels like nobody cares about resolving the issue.

We have two offices with them, and I am genuinely counting the days until we can leave. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

We’ve had a great experience working from Spaces Sheffield. The offices are modern, bright, and really well maintained, which makes it a motivating place to come into every day. The communal areas are comfortable and great for informal meetings, and the overall atmosphere feels professional but relaxed.

The team on site are friendly, helpful, and always quick to sort anything out, which makes a big difference. The location is also ideal, easy to get to with plenty of nearby cafes, shops, and transport links.

Overall, it’s a fantastic workspace that supports productivity while still feeling welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a flexible, high-quality office environment in Sheffield.

A fantastic company with amazing meeting room space. We are always very well looked after by Aaron and he's one of the main reasons we come back - there is nothing he can't do for you!!

The offices are freshly decorated and you have the flexibility of your own furnishings or facilities ordering for you. The building is modern and has up to date broadband. (Wish my broadband at home was this good.)

Aaron is a major star and credit to the company. You need anything, he will do all he can to help.

Having used Pennine 5 now on a number of occasions we always have had great service, Aaron is always really helpul and the faciltiy is perfect for our needs.

We did work from spaces for a day in Sheffield. It was a great experience, easily commutable only few mins from the train station and also from the city centre with lots of options around to eat. Place was bright and pleasant to work with no disturbances. Small cafe was there to have some snacks and coffee while working. Overall a great experience.
