I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction.
There have been some issues with an intermittent internet connection but I can confirm that our IT department have since fixed the issue.
The paper was completely used by the group who occupied the meeting room prior to your booking. I am happy to say that the local team quickly replaced this as soon as you brought it to their attention.
The centre team have been in touch and are always happy to resolve any further issues you may have in the future.
