I made a mistake during the payment process and accidentally registered the subscription under my own name instead of my son's. I contacted customer support and they resolved the issue within minutes. The team was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the whole process. Outstanding customer service!

Chris was fantastic! Helped resolve my issue quickly, and was very responsive.

I listen to complex materials using Speechify. Recently, I sent a message to Speechify to offer a number of suggestions for future enhancements/corrections especially relevant to the type of text I listen to. I was astounded to receive a detailed response to my suggestions within 5 minutes. Chris told me how to make adjustments in the settings to alleviate one of my issues, and promised to forward my other suggestions along for consideration for future upgrades. Thank you for making me feel that my feedback is valued!

Speechify is really helpful to get all my university readings done on my long drives. Love the app, although feel like it could definitely be 10x cheaper and costs way too much. Especially being in Australia with the high conversion rates from USD to AUD. I’m very grateful that both Chris and Mozzamil offered me a student discount for this and last year though, which really helped a lottt. Appreciate their help and their superr fast reply times.

SCAM. They steal your money on a free trial, and take money immediately off your account. Even before stipulated date. Support is also useless and knows that they are scamming people
