I have used speedLedger several years, there was a change how to receive information from the bank. Nice but annoying
I really like the general software service that Speedledger offers. It saves time.
What I don't like is how the payment for their services work, which, at least for me personally, it repeatedly doesn't.
Fixing this mess is, repeatedly, time consuming.
Even worse, this is quite annoying in our modern age of smooth digital payments for practically all other online services.

Our work disappeared
We spent hours labelling transactions on 2 computers in parallel. Apparently this caused some kind of desynchronization. ALL of our input disappeared when we tried to save.
In addition to this, the Nordea integration seems broken as we have 4 transactions on our bank account during this year which does not show up on speedledger.

Room for improvement and modernization
The integration to Swedbank works well enough, but Speedledger's "My Pages" and their invoicing in general is incomplete, glitchy, painful and quirky.
Cannot recommend the overall service as it works today.

All questions I had at my first support call at the phone were answered patiently. A tiny minus (though I give 5 stars here) was the quite long time I was in queue when calling. But more important is to get support of course. Recommended!
