Horrible customer service.(yes I know it's not there company or rules and regulations, but ateast read the account and get on the same page before robot talking me)Takes forever to talk to somebody. Non are on the same page and telling you different things. I won 100 and no problem with withdrawal. Then I win 2900 and they are making a million excuses to why I haven't got it. I've now verified my account 3 times and they say it's being processed then a week comes and goes and nothing then I talk to them again and they tell me it's in review. It's shady af. Would not recommend. Atleast if u win anything over 100. It's been a month now for me and still haven't seen anything from them.

Won $1,950CAD on April 5th. They've asked for my documents which I sent. I've received email that my documents have been received. Now I spoke to an agent and she claimed they haven't received any documents and thus can't process my withdrawal. Seems like a total scam and fraud.
