Edit: i still have YET to recieve a response via email! I sent a screenshot of how i didnt have anything in my player account & i did in fact pay for $50 to play... needless to say ill never play on this site again. I used to love it but now its just crappy!!! I bought a $50 package this morning & was supposed to get the free wheel with it... I recieved neither one of them. So I couldnt play what I had just paid for!!! I have contacted spinfinite since then & havent received a reply at all!!! This is the first time this has happened but I definitely wont be playing on this site anymore if I dont get my money !! They need to be on top of their emails or customer support needs to be quicker than what they are!!! Especially if someone paid for something & didnt recieve what they paid for!!! I said I wasnt going to write a review but this has stressed me OUT to the max & i have YET to get a reply!!! Ill update with a 5 star once I get WHAT I PAID FOR!!!!

Signed up and purchased welcome offer which was a good promotion my winnings from purchase has been lingering for a week and half and although I been through all redemption verification and been completed on all I received email saying I was out of pending stage and my winnings should be in my account within 24hrs that was 48hrs ago I wrote customer support on a general question about transaction history 5days ago no response no follow ups nothing I would definitely reconsider if you're thinking of trying this site as I have not yet to see my redemption or reply! You'd like to think with all the competitor platforms available that redeem your account immediately or within 24hrs they would at least have the dignity to keep in contact and inform you of what's going on

This is genuinely the worst casino I have ever used, I have been waiting weeks for a reply from their "support" team and everytime someone reply's it's just them saying "please send me over a screenshot of the error" It prompts that I need a quick account check to redeem and to contact their support team but I haven't been able to get it fixed

While I have received multiple payouts, a specific instance on April 13th, 2026, involved a win of $404, which resulted in a redemption of $500. Although the processing took a few days, the transaction was successfully completed.

Been with spinfinite since they started had its ups and downs but they seemed to get it figured out was a good site as long as you are giving your money and loosing more than your winning once u do they find a way to restrict your account anyway possible saying I reached my purchase limit of 1 dollar for the month it's now been 2 months and still says the same thing ive never set a purchase limit and sent sent 20 emails NO RESPONSE way to sketchy and to many other legit sites once u stop buying in they stop your daily bonus once u win more than u lose they just ignore you and find a way to restrict your account

I placed a withdraw a few weeks ago for 150 dollars.. they told me it would take up to 10 business days to receive it. I still have yet to receive the funds. I’ve emailed multiple times and have been ignored ever since the last time I emailed to figure out the problem.

Where to start? First, the app/site shows lots of games- but only like... 6 of them are actually available to play? And its not a regional thing- they just have a bunch of broken links that lead to a "[this game is currently unavailable]" landing page. The reels page works, except that you'll simply be scrolling between the same 5 games until the end of time... that issue aside, I went ahead and got the prime package, because it looked like a decent deal. It comes with a badge... and that's literally it. I made that purchase several days ago, now, and I haven't been able to collect anything from it. The same day I bought the prime package, I put in a request for redemption. For a few days, my account was locked up- I couldn't make a purchase because of my redemption request. I couldn't collect any bonuses because of my withdrawal request. I logged on this morning to see if anything had changed, and lo and behold, the redemption request has disappeared. There's no indication that the request ever happened, except the various emails I've sent to customer service with no response from them whatsoever. And- it's not that they NEVER respond- they'll respond to things that don't implicate them in these and other various R.I.C.O. offenses.... in total, I've lost well over $200 to this scam...

I have been trying to get my winnings for over two weeks. Each time they keep saying my redemption was declined twice on two different cards that were verified. There's no issue processing purchases but an issue with winnings. I contacted my bank and the bank stated that they did not decline any deposit. It seems Spinfinite wants you to keep purchasing coins and never redeem your winnings. This is not such an issue on other sites

I'm trying to redeem money I won.it wAs my first time I played.well I logged in and my Google had saved the log in info and the email I used was from a very long time ago.ive been asking for weeks now through email to please change my email to my current..all I get back from them is a thank you and if I wish to talk about anything else I can reply back in the same email and they promise to read everything I wrote..like what the heck does that mean..so I'm fully verified and can't redeem cuz they won't fix the email as of today I'm feeling like they don't want me to redeem.this stinks.how can I verify my email if they won't change it.

I submitted a redemption in march, it said it was processed and would arrive in my account in 24 hours. Here it is April 6th and still never showed up in my account
