The person I talked with was knowledgeable, friendly, and able to satisfactorily answer both my questions. The only downside was that I was on hold for a half hour with Visma only to be told I needed to call you. That brought about another fifteen minute wait (though a voice at the beginning said it would be within five minutes). It would have nice for Visma to include in their endless reminders while I was waiting that they could not answer calls about bookkeeping and to call Spiris.
