Good support and well-made website, friendly moderators/support workers

i won alot of money on there site and gotta give them credit its pretty fun

kind admins, took a bit too long for a bot to work (the checker one that checks youre account) but yea not bad.

In all honesty guys this website does have a big house edge yes. But its legit. You can actually win on here, its not fully rigged like on other websites.

This site is fraudulent, they don't show provably fair on their games and its very apparent when playing its a scam, congrats on taking my money you losers

So i found a way to play under self ban measurments and the money i lost wasnt refunded to me as required by their tos and law and theyre not responding to me so i would say its a shady site so dont play here if any admins wanna reach out i have all the pics and evidence

Made a few battles where I was losing every single one, thought might as well try crazy mode and all of a sudden pull an $860 item. Very questionable seems like a scam to make you think your going to win but in reality they are very rigged odds.

They have great support service whenever Im dealing with a problem they are always able to solve it

I deposited €18 and received 18 credits. I played and turned those 18 credits into 30, then cashed out 27 credits and received about €10 worth of Rust skins.

Issue:
Not only did I receive the wrong skins, but after contacting support, they acknowledged the issue and said it would be fixed. Over 13 hours later, I only received a refund for one of the incorrect skins. The other is still missing, and they’ve now said they won’t refund the rest.

This is incredibly frustrating. I played fairly, cashed out properly, and now I’m being shorted for something that wasn’t my fault. This feels like a scam, and the lack of proper resolution or communication makes it worse.

I would not recommend using splits.gg until they improve their support and actually honor their payouts.

doesnt list min crypto depo anywhere before depositing but only shows it in the "chat"/help menu which kinda shows u that they dont give a crap and just want ur money

W Ponzi 10/10 would recommend, somehow it seems like they are a charity, they give away so much money.

I love this website! Spending my time on splits.gg has been very fun and beneficial. I recommend it to anyone who wants to try and win some rust skins!

Pros-
The game modes (felt rigged to me but then again its gambling and provably fair is there but couldnt be arsed to look at the details), but loved the selection of game modes.

Cons- (where do i start)
- Support doesnt reply for hours,... you can definitely write your queries in their support chat, but they dont reply or leave you at read.
- The site advertised that it has +46% depo bonus on crypto depoes.
1USD = around 1.4 gems on site. So if I expected if i depoed around 7$ i would be getting 10+4.6 gems. Turns out they just calculate that getting 1.4 gems from 1$ is 40% deposit bonus in itself as told by support to me, even thought the two currencies gems and $ are two totally different ones and dont have a 1 to 1 mapping, so as per prev example you just get 10gems.
Good thing i always do test depo/withdraws to know about such shady stuff beforehand.

This was the most shady thing i saw to bait depoes on their site atleast imo.
