Stiga produces equipment that makes gardening much easier. I'm also impressed by their reliability and the quality of the materials used.

Great delivery - a litte rushed though. Driver in a hurry to get to his next drop. Ride on worked well and met my expectations.

Bought the A5000 robotic mower and have had nothing but problems ever since.
Consistently “gets lost”, runs outside the perimeter and over flower beds, gets nowhere near the lawn edges and can’t find the docking station.
Support is non-existent, email them and they just ignore you.
About to write off the £4,300 I paid and replace with

The Castelgarden lawnmower is brilliant, no issues whatsoever. Pulls very well, cuts both grass, shrubs and young tree offshoots. Huge plus - Made in EU, Czech republic.

Notchy steering issue continued after guarantee period, had to pay over 300.00 for continuous problem and still not right. Parts took over 3 weeks to arrive, all this in a period when I needed it most. Not happy at all with the stiga park we series.

Great service with super quick DHL delivery

They’re good when buying but when things go wrong…..like the product not working, they will not return emails or calls.
As the saying goes, you know how good a company is when things go wrong.

I bought a robot mower model A8 V (vista) 2026 model and I am actually very happy with it. There were problems in the first week but apparently there was some general problem with their IT at that time.
The mower really works fine. I can reset errors and tell it to go home from the app and I can also edit yard boundaries from when I'm not at home.
I did buy the mud-and-dirt wheels and for me it's worth it because I have basically no flat surfaces anywhere and now 25 degree slopes are OK.
The only downside - so far - is that you can't place the charging station next to a wall since it needs 120 degrees of open sky all around.
Love the precision of mowing. And the camera that lets it avoid ny little dog.

So annoyed bought my mower under 3 months ago. Self propelled is a complete joke!! Customer service Monday busy, Tuesday holiday, Wednesday 50 min wait to then be put through to a condescending woman who insisted on emailing me a video on how to fix. Registered product, under warranty yet they dont want to know.

STIGA Products are usually on the higher and of the price-spectrum, but the quality of their products is unmatched. I am a fan of their electric battery-powered tools I bought two different gras-trimmers, a battery-powered eTractor to mow my lawn and a high pressure cleaner. So far I am very happy with all of them.

I have A300 robot lawnmower and wouldn't recommend anyone to buy anything from STIGA ever. Bought last year, wasted hours to set up and yet it worked poorly, this year had to change map and because of shity software had to set up everything from start. 4hours gone from my life and robot still doesn't find where dock station is. Using the app is painful, many generic errors are thrown. Only second year, but will look for other brand and this one will end up in the garbage where it belongs to.

I like the mower but it is bigger and heavier than my previous equivalent Stiga lawnmower. it is harder to manoeuvre but great on the straight lines. Battery compartment is much easier to access on this model. Overall I am happy with my mower.

I purchased the lawnmower from Devon Garden Machinery in Torquay and was advised by their dedicated STIGA assistant who was most helpful with his advice about the product. As a result I made my purchase.
