I absolutely love this site. I have found my go to shopping app. I love how when you buy an item it shows you clothing to wear with it, My husband says, "I think I got it going on" he really loves all the clothing I have purchased and likes to take my picture 🤣 My husband has decided to buy some new clothes since i'm looking so good in mine.

The clothes are amazing and they fit perfectly, they are of the highest quality which of course is what makes them so expensive. Which is the reason why I’m not giving you 5 stars. Because you’re not making it affordable for the average woman.

I requested an outfit for my husband’s memorial service. My stylist did a remarkable job and I wore the dress she chose for me. I look forward to her next picks.

I entered information about my style preferences, what I was looking for and received my first box. I thought my stylist did a great job at styling me. I completed my first "fix" by returning the items that ended up not working for me and look forward to the next time. I have also worked with customer service when I had questions. They kindly and promptly answered my questions and I look forward to doing more business with them.

I liked the items sent to me, they fit very well. The price was a little high.
I had some problems getting the first fit sent to right address and right size but they corrected problem and everything was great.

Unfortunately, I have not had success with stitch fix. I am extremely picky and overly self conscious about how clothes fit and make me feel. I feel the stylists have tried very hard to meet my needs, but I have not found enough items to continue this subscription.

Kyla really listened to what I was saying, I mean really heard what I was asking for and delivered extremely well….in fit and everything. If/when I order again, I’ll ask for her easily. The quality is superior, as always.
I still feel a few things are a bit over-priced, but I’m also not one who buys nice things for myself….im not used to it.

my stylist did a fine job preparing my fix. it was arguably my best fix yet. stephanie heeded my notes, populated my fix with items whose fabrics were natural, as i wished for, and took a couple of risks to help me push my style envelope. i was pleased.

among the items in my fix was a marine layer long sleeve button down that was too small, and you were out of stock in the next larger size. this meant i couldn’t keep all five items in my fix and take advantage of an additional 25% off. i wish there were an option to select an alternative item in the event that it’s impossible to select a different size with respect to an item i would really like to keep, as was the case this time with my fix.

still, i remain a satisfied stitch fix customer who is most partial to the company’s commitment to environmental sustainability in its practices and in the partnerships with other clothing manufacturers also committed to environmental sustainability.

Great selection of clothing items. They all fit really well and look great. I kept the entire first Fix. So impressed. Reasonably priced, great quality.

The tag in one particular shirt was mislabeled. I simply wanted to exchange for the right size but your company can't accommodate my request. Stitch Fix will eventually go under ONE unsatisfied customer at a time!!

The stylist and I are not on the same page at this time. I think a lot has to do with my figure and trying to find things that make me look better not fatter.

I kept one item from the fix. The cut/style did not work for the other pieces. I was sent a handbag even though I requested that I not receive handbags.
