Great product. Great customer service

I had an excellent experience with Stoneside Blinds & Shades from my initial inquiry all the way through the completed installation. Everyone I interacted with was professional, warm, funny, communicative, thorough, and incredibly flexible. The entire process was easy and genuinely pleasant.

And the shades themselves are amazing! Our old shades simply didn't block out enough light, which made sleeping difficult for me. The new shades have completely exceeded my expectations--they block out nearly 100% of the light, and the difference is incredible. I couldn't be more pleased with how they turned out.

A special thank you to Alex and Vincent for their time, care, attention to detail, and for making the whole experience such a positive one. Honestly, these are exactly the kind of people I would want to work with in my own job: friendly, capable, responsive, and clearly committed to doing great work.

I'm extremely happy with both the product and the service and would absolutely recommend Stoneside to anyone looking for new blinds or shades.

I ordered a blackout shade from Stoneside Blinds & Shades, expecting a decent product, but I was pleasantly surprised. The shade arrived on time, and the installation was smooth. It blocks out all light, which is exactly what I needed for my bedroom. The only downside is the price-it’s a bit steep for the size. Still, the quality is solid, and it’s worth the investment if you prioritize darkness. Would buy again for sure.

It was absolutely a joy to work with Stoneside. I dealt with Rebecca and she came on time and spent a long time with me choosing just the right colors for the two sets of blinds I ordered. The scheduling of the measuring and installation went seamlessly and I was kept informed when everything was going to happen. This is a really well run company!

The design consultant, Sarah Najafi, was a very helpful and knowledgeable and communicated with us regularly as the project proceeded. The product, pricing and timeline were all just as described. Installation was easy and the scheduling was flexible to meet our needs. The Installers (Chris and Jerry) were very friendly and did a very nice job. We are very satisfied and would definitely use Stoneside again in the future.

The initial consultation with Alex confirmed the importance of experts who know their product. I thought I knew what I wanted but Alex was so well informed, that with each question I saw new options and opportunities. His advice easily guided me toward the perfect choice.
On time and charming did not hurt.

Installation was equally efficient, positive and professional. AJ endured a record traffic jam to get here yet arrived cheerfully. Moreover he stayed in touch on his way to reassure us of his safety. The actually installation was so quick I barely knew he was here and once finished, his work revealed a flawlessly positioned treatment. Not only am I thrilled with the effect the new blind has on the room, I am completely grateful to Alex and AJ for their skill, and gracious support.

Everything was seamless. They offered a wide variety and worked within my budget. Everyone was very professional and came to the house. Installation was great. William did such a great job when I needed to make a revision. I appreciated his professionalism.

I love my new shades! This is my second purchase and installation and the shade for my living room is perfect.
Jerry who has installed all of my shards has been great. He double che is everything and for instance, this time added an extra bolt fixture on top that he thought needed. He explained the 5 year warranty again. So helpful!

Stoneside has been a smooth and impressive experience from our very first phone call. Their service is excellent, and their products are wonderful. We initially scheduled a consult when we moved into our new home—and then decided to wait on window treatments. When we circled back nine(!) months later, everyone was still friendly, welcoming, and helpful. From there, the process—a second design consult, then measuring appointment, then install—went extremely well. Communication was great. And we absolutely love our new blinds and shades! We plan to go back to Stoneside for the rest of our window treatments.

Rusty is always incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to diagnose our fault charger and provide an replacement.

3 years after installation I had two shade cords break due to normal wear and tear (tenants, not me so not a knock on quality). Ashley and Dustin fixed free of charge, warranty honored minus the service charge. Very appreciate, thank you!
