The address I put into google maps was for Yawkey way. By the time I got to boston the address changed. The new address was over a mile away from fenway. I walked to the stadium in the the 92 degree weather that day. Then I could not scan out when leaving so had to pay myself. After I took a Lyft back to the garage. Another 18 dollars? It was 12 dollars to park there. You charged me 30 plus tax? I have another pass for Yankee stadium on the 29th of august. I'm sure I will be done with StubHub after that.

Great seats. The tickets were easily transferred because I selected instant download. The experience was seamless.

Tickets became invalid a few days before the concert. It was a hassle solving the matter, with new tickets transferred to me the night before the concert.

I bought 2 tickets for the FIFA World Cup. Total cost: $1,661.59 including their $422.31 fee. I never received the tickets.
StubHub created an email for me to use on the FIFA website, but that email DID NOT WORK. It was impossible to log in.
I contacted StubHub several times. Most of the time it was useless AI chats. A couple of times I got a real agent, but they just repeated the same instructions and refused to listen that their email doesn't work. Their final answer was "tickets will be available on game day."
I traveled to Seattle, paid for a hotel, and tried again - same story. No tickets. I could not get into the game. I bouth ticket in front of venue from some funs, paying extremely high price.
After the game I contacted them again. They told me I am protected by their "FanProtect Guarantee" and to wait. Nobody ever contacted me. After a couple more chats with live agents, they told me it's TOO LATE and they can't do anything, and then ENDED THE CHAT.
So I am out $1,661.59 + hotel + travel expenses, with no tickets and no refund.
This is completely unacceptable. Zero customer service, fake guarantee, and no accountability.

I purchased parking ticket early for Barry Manillow concert early. I paid hefty price for parking garage closest to arena so my parents wouldn’t have far to walk as my mom recently had knee surgery and is on a walker. With StubHub your tickets don’t show sometimes till close to concert time however didn’t seem mine were coming for parking. I called customer service who wasn’t helpful at first and was rude. I went round and round with them then they agreed to try to call seller. Then called me back to say couldn’t reach the seller did I want to buy another ticket or get a refund. Pretty obvious a refund. It worked out parking for us thanks to someone else however this was stressful to be driving and having to last minute figure out accessibility for my parents. This was a birthday gift for my mom to go see Barry so I didn’t need the stress of last minute issue with parking. I will not ever use StubHub again as I previously have had an issue with them and thought it was a fluke but see now no they are a scam.

I purchased tickets to the Luke Bryan show in Washington in error. At the time, I thought I had chosen the amphitheater in Bend Oregon. When I realized my mistake, I bought 2 tickets for the Hayden Homes amphitheater and put the ones I bought in error up for sale. I had someone buy them right away, but could not transfer the tickets to get. I was told by a Stubhub agent that they had to escalate my issue to a different department so they could fix the issue. While I was waiting for it to be resolved, Luke Bryan cancelled and re-scheduled that show. I have no idea if the original buyer still wants the tickets, but I’ve tried and can’t do anything with them. I can’t transfer them to my wallet, can’t transfer them to Ticketmaster. I’ve literally spent hours trying to resolve this issue myself. Super frustrating!

I would strongly caution anyone considering StubHub after what my uncle has gone through. They deserve 0 stars.

He paid about $550 for two tickets that he never actually received. When he later resold them, StubHub told us the original seller would transfer the tickets directly to the new buyer. I called multiple times and was repeatedly reassured that everything was being handled correctly. StubHub even confirmed in writing that the original seller transferred the tickets directly to the final buyer and that the sale was successfully fulfilled.

Then StubHub canceled the resale and charged my uncle an additional $600 because the tickets were reportedly invalid.

Their own supervisor has now confirmed in writing that my uncle never received the original tickets and that the original seller transferred them directly to the final buyer. Yet my uncle is still being held financially responsible and was forced into a dispute process that can take 30–45 days.

So he is now at risk of losing more than $1,100 over tickets he never possessed or controlled.

The amount of contradictory information, hours spent on the phone, repeated reassurances, and refusal to correct something their own documentation supports has been unbelievable. I have emails and screenshots confirming all of this.

I would not trust StubHub with an expensive or important event after this experience.

The tickets were very easy to use. Seats were great!

Fast transaction, great seat

I was nervous at first because I was told the tickets wouldn’t be released until 24 hrs before event. I wanted to make sure I had actual tickets since I was traveling a long distance to the venue. When I called customer service, they assured me I would get the tickets and sent a confirmation. And as promised, I received the scannable tickets the day before the concert. Everything went very smoothly.

first time using stubhub and i was nervous that i wouldn’t receive my tickets on time. i got them a day before the event and they were slightly better than the ones i purchased! 10/10 most likely will use stubhub again in the future
