Due to Lionel’s concert being shortened due to his illness, I writing to inquire if there will be a partial refund for Lionel’s portion of the concert.

When we had a problem with getting the tickets transferred Stub Hub reps helped us problem solve. Tickets were transferred again & went through second time. Problem was with Fifa.

Worldcup 2026 in the USA. Tickets were purchased ONE YEAR in advance yet 3 weeks before the event my family & I checked the website No tickets... 3 days before the event we're frantic we checked again still no tickets. We called customer service & spoke to half of Guatemala as representatives gave us excuse after excuse. Finally on the DAY OF the event we were told that a 'replacement ticket was found' only one of four purchased. By this time its 2PM the drive to this event is 4 hours away... Not only can we not go the 'Fan protect Protect Guarantee' guaranteed nothing! This experience was so heartbreaking that we had to write a review. This company's business practices is reprehensible & I know my family is not the only one that got scammed. As I'm writing this review we're still on the phone trying to get a refund for money that StubHub already made a year ago...

Amazing event. Could not get tickets on the Fifa lottery system but managed to find some here. They were more expensive but worth it for the experience

Entrance and parking failure. Only 2 out of 8 entrances were open for the 6-16 game, while NFL games with the same amount of people (69,000) are regularly available. This caused us to wait in the sun for over 90 minutes. In addition, I purchased "stadium" parking at the same time the tickets were purchased, and upon arrival at the stadium, I was directed to park over 1/2 mile from the stadium in a field. Later found out the front half of the stadium parking was blocked off. "Red Card" failure.

I received my tickets to The Guess Who in just a few days after ordering. Upon arriving at the venue,I was told the tickets were VIP, giving me access to several special sections in the park. What a great perk!!! The concert was great and using StubHub my first time was a great experience.

The ease of buying the tickets, the process of receiving the tickets and the price. Everything was flawless.

Went to Linkin Park concert, received the ticket a few days before the concert and went in without any issues.

Everything went just as was indicated when I purchased and received the notification the tickets were ready

Ive seen 500+ concerts in my life this is top 5,we made it through the rain. I astood in the front for 10.5 hours at age 57. Thank you

Parking personnel at the park were outstanding and friendly. Only issue was exiting. It was very confusing getting out of the lot.

This was our first Jack Johnson concert and it did not disappoint us. The ticketing process was easy and the seat selection with a great view and excellent acoustics. We also purchased advanced parking which help make our entry and exit flawless. Highly recommend the Highmark Mann venue for future concerts.

I would not buy parking from stubhub again. The recommended lot was 3 miles from the venue and opened for parking one hour before the start of the game. It is my fault for not checking the address before buying but assumed the stubhub recommended lot would be close. Live and learn.

It was an easy process to obtain tickets and to show them at the gate.

Excellent seats behind home plate. Superb weather. Great games.

Bought the ticket early. I contacted their support and they helped me accept the ticket.

Everything went great. I was nervous using a 3rd party, but it went 100% smooth!
