I got scammed. I called because my dog destroyed my key/fob. When I called I was quoted $130 for each replacement. I said i wanted two made. When he came out he only had 1 key. No big deal. But then he charged me $255 for 1. I told him I was quoted $130 and he said they tell you that on the phone but when they get out and see what they have to do the charge is more. The key that he made works fine.

The locksmith was very efficient, explained all the costs, and the new key worked perfectly the first time.

On Website they say Flat Rate but really the flat Rate is just for them to show up to the site. Their Service fees goes from $99.00 to $300.00 ($99 per hour minimum). The Repair person showed up to our house. Opened the lock in less than 10 minutes, could not rekey, said he can't, but billed $138. Cheaters

Decent initial service but very poor follow up when asked to fix a brand new lock they installed that broke on first use. For over a month they’ve been saying it will be fixed „tomorrow“ and it doesn’t get done.

Good services and chip price

The guy that helped me was great. He made me a spare car key and did it in a short period of time? I was nervous at first because I have trust issues. However, I quickly find this company is trustworthy—especially dealing with car keys.

I returned 6 times and still the key wasnt cut correctly should have called a mobile locksmith. They were suppose to contact me back because they ran out of the key a week has passed and no one has contacted me back since they charged me for those keys. I guess I will have to return a 7th key.
