You cannot trust this firm to provide goods consistent with your request
I ordered an ink cartridge for my printer. The order contained details of the ink cassette required. When the order I could not fit the cassette with my printer. I alerted the company that the order looked wrong. (Not having kept a record of my order, and given that the packing slip did not include a reference to my order I was at a disadvantage about the original code number). This firm has no apparent phone number to use to follow up. My email messages to them go unanswered. Money down the drain. Save your money and use Inkstation.

I asked for a trial for a few days and am told, sorry we don't have a representative in your area, so we cannot help you. Pardon? What? This is an internet based business.
