Your services are simply too expensive for someone who just needs a domain registration. I preferred the old service from Switch which you took over from.

Terrible experience. I am a Webmaster and I was migrating a customer away from this provider, and for some reason wen moving the domain, wile it being clearly separated from email hosting the email hosting was wiped as well, causing a data loss. Very Very unprofessional. Also to the management interface is very slow and uneasy to use.

The worst domain provider ever. They used to be good, but with every update it got worse and worse. I was the technical administrator for all my customers, but after a website redesign these entries were lost. Then you had to create a new login. Everyone who missed that can no longer get in. My customers are all overwhelmed and desperate. At the same time, prices have almost doubled. You can only hope for bankruptcy!

Thats some seriously bad service everyhing sucks.
The web app is just aweful, buggy as hell, useless tbh.
Their DNS configuration is bad and not seriously configurable, ridiculous.
Their support is close to inexistant.
Run away.

this Swizzonic company is an absolute desaster. I registered 5 domains and 2 emails. Tried to download the emails to my laptop and mobile phone. no success with the published data on swizzonic website. Hired an expert to try, he found 5 different data sets to do it. Sent an email to support. Answer was Mr Aschwanden we cannot help, we publish the correct data on our website, help yourself. 2 further mails asking for help were not answered. today I got an email, if they support you, you should pay them CHF 10.45 / month for getting any support, I suppose. Dont waste ayn money on them

The worst experience I ever had in my life, without any notification or at least a simply email suddenly the host was stuck, then I had the inspiration to upgrade my subscription because, of course, we speak about a Swiss company…, I did, everything was working for 1-2 hours and after the same story again…and thanks to the support team which was explaining is something wrong with my device(after I tried on 3 different latest apple products)..

Simply terrible. No usable help articles, the customer portal is a mix of old and new with non-functional links, and there is absolutely no way to call the technical support. Opening a ticket because a website on the hosting results in getting an answer only a couple of days (!!!) later.

Worst hosting company ever!
Prices for a .ch went from 15.50 chf to 38.20 chf, an increase of 150% Absolutely insane.
When you write to make a complaint they reply "We have increased services and enhanced support".
1) I only want domain registration, why you oblige me to pay hosting that I don't need and don't want ?
2) You enhanced support (AHAHAHHAHAHAHAHA) and I have to pay your ""investments"" ????
If you write to support by email nobody reply to you (only a big thanks to Viviana, the only one that had care to customers).. during your request of ""support"" they changed system and you have to start again opening a ticket (but nobody told to you so you wait for email without success)... so you open a ticket and.... nobody answer you.
Terrible. I went away with all my domains.
