Terrible company - Overcharge & Auto-Charge You to Death!
Terrible company in my experience. They will overcharge and auto-charge everywhere possible. They make cancelling subscriptions very difficult as well. Most (all!?) of what they charge you for, you won't need. Def find another company to incorporate with. I would never recommend this company and would never use them again. They feel like a predatory company only interested in squeezing as much money out of small and start-up companies. Just gross.

"Great..........but"
"Great, but the company still tries to upsell you even after you cancel services you don't need. One affiliate even implied I had to take a one-on-one call or my account would be affected." It turned out it was a service offered for $2500. Great service for taxes but it wasn't shopped as such.

I paid Swift Filings $149 every quarter for approximately two years under the understanding that they were acting as my registered agent and helping monitor required business filings. I recently discovered that they were not even listed as my agent with the California Secretary of State.
To make matters worse, I am now having to deal with an overdue Statement of Information—exactly the type of filing I believed I was paying them to help monitor and keep me informed about.
When I tried to contact Swift Filings through their live chat, I typed my question and was immediately disconnected. I then called and sat on hold for approximately 15 minutes without ever being connected to an agent.
Because of this situation, I then had to contact the California Secretary of State myself and spent more than three hours on hold without getting through.
After paying hundreds of dollars a year for two years, I expected much better communication, service, and oversight. Instead, I am now spending hours trying to correct issues that I believed I was paying Swift Filings to help prevent in the first place.
Extremely disappointing experience.
