Hi Michelle, you've placed an order 9pm Friday 28th August. You have selected and paid £3.80 (our cost price) for Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery.

We were in/open Saturday 29th August. We picked and packed your order then at 9am and put it in the cages/on pallets, awaiting pickup/collection from Royal Mail. It left our warehouse 4 hours ago today (Tuesday)

This is due to the fact it has just been bank holiday weekend, which I am sure you are aware about.

Couriers do not collect on weekends or bank holidays.

Today is Tuesday 1st September, we will get our first Royal Mail collection today since Friday 3pm, which fits into the timescales I mention above.

Your order will leave us today, Tuesday, and as you selected and paid for 48 hour delivery you will recieve it Thursday.

We are a small business in what is, I'm sure you will agree, challenging times for everyone with austerity and the economy at the moment. We would appreciate your support.

I note on your review you mention nothing about our own service to yourself, to place an order at 9pm on a Friday and have it packed and ready to go at 9am on Saturday to me is excellent service, something we pride ourselves on. Also you have not contacted us prior to leaving this review, if you did we would of informed you of the above information, we could of even refunded you if you wished and gone to the dispatch bay in our warehouse and tried to dig your parcel out somehow? However it left at 10am today as Royal Mail sent an extra relief collection van due to the volume we are shipping today. We will have 4 van collections in total today, the last one being shortly after 3pm, as stated above.

It appears you are frustrated at our courier, Royal Mail, and the bank holiday weekend we have just had, rather then ourselves.

Hi Ahri, I think your order number is T-183317 - I am sorry for the delay in getting a replacement product or refund too you, I just ask that you please understand for things like this Royal Mail have certain procedures both internally and legally that they have to follow in order to issue the necessary compensation and our hands are somewhat tied.

They have clearly delivered your order to the wrong address, it shouldn't be too much longer now before we have some news for you and can take your desired action. It's a shame for us because we ship around 45,000 orders a year and have only around a 1% issue rate, around 400 a year or 8-12 orders a week, unfortunatley your order was one of a very small minority where Royal Mail cannot do the job they are paid to do i.e. pickup from us at Point A and deliver to Point B, yourself.

As soon as we have any news/indication from Royal Mail we will be in touch, I believe Saturday 22nd we were speaking to you over our Business WhatsApp, and your order is on our internal electronic "to do" worksheet to which we chase every oustanding case and update every weekday between 9-10am.
