Yeah third review, not good, I’m unable to purchase anything, sent and email and nothing, I urge everyone to stay away, bad service, bad communication, going to another firm after this..

TPT is a wonderful company, However I believe the dashboard needs updates. Competitors use instant dashboards and TPT uses a system that updates after the trading day ay 7PM EST. I recently passed an account in Asia session that won't setup my PRO account until the next trading day(7PM tomorrow). I understand this is how the dashboard works but I implore the TPT team to revise the dashboard to instantly update. Pam from the TPT team was a huge help in explaining this. I don't want this to be a negative review, however I would've liked to be able to trade my new PRO account the morning after I passed it.

Extremely helpful and clear with directions

I had an issue where an order was executed on a funded account that I had no access to (couldn't even see it in tradovate) at the time of execution, and that order resulted in the account hitting trailing drawdown. I brought that to support, and they redirected and gave me irrelevant solutions or responses for 2 hours, until finally escalating to their supervisors, who cited an order that had no relevance, claiming that because I had access to the account at the time that order (a random order that closed an earlier position) was executed, they weren't able to do anything. I followed up with a ticket informing them that it was an irrelevant order, and they marked the request as resolved without responding.

Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the firm has been decent outside of this one extremely negative interaction.

I messed up registration. Didn't know where to enter promo code. Canceled my subscription immediately and then panicked. I eventually made my way to the chat to speak to customer service. They promptly refunded me and I was able to sign up with the promo code. Haven't been my journey yet but my first experience with customer service was great.

Take Profit Trader is the best firm in the industry, clear rules and an easy site. I do wish there was an End of Day Draw Down Pro account though.

TPT customer service is the best. If you have any issues just send them a message and consider it have been taking care of. simple and quit

Great support, easy to navigate

I had never traded with a prop firm before. I’ve been trading for nearly 20 years, always using my own money.

I decided to try Trade Profi simply because I kept hearing people say how difficult it was to pass a prop firm evaluation and make it to a live account. I gave it a try, and before I knew it, I had made it through and now have two live accounts with them.

I’m not really interested in opening many more accounts because I still trade my own personal accounts, and this was something I initially started just to try out. But based on my experience—and after looking at a few other prop firms—I can honestly say that Trade Profi has been the best prop firm I’ve seen in the market.

The process has worked very well for me, and my overall experience with the company has been excellent. I would definitely recommend Trade Profi to experienced traders who are looking for a serious prop firm

No sheningans and that is what traders want pay when its time and no funny business, one thing I do have to point out that needs improvement is their rithmic connection which is extremely laggy and hope they improve this but if you chose CQG it is smooth sailing.

What made the experience great was the fact that you can trade with confidence knowing that you can receive a payout the within 24hrs. Could use live account trading update similar to other trading platforms like (LUCID).

Quick to resolve

This firm is not reliable. They have recently deployed this new "pro+ developement" account which basically takes half your profit away "on hold" cuts all your limits, increases your commission takes forever to setup, you have to pay for additional data, now you're a pro trader, and all your data fees go through the roof. Their support is rude, they don't give you a straight answer, then they ban you if you actually make money.
