I had my taxiboxes delivered today by Eddie. From the first interaction he was pleasant and professional.
When I wasn't clear yet on how I wanted them placed Eddie gave easy solutions and the flexibility to change if needed.

Very easy to book the box and delivery and pick no worries at all. Very professional and kept you informed for delivery as well as pick up. If I need storage again, I will definitely use them.

Taxi box service has been fabulous. Dropping off the box, packing, pick up, storage and finally returning it to the final house has been very stress free. I could track the delivery and it was delivered on time. Frank was quick and very efficient in getting it unloaded and set up safely ready for unpacking. A very happy Frank and a very happy customer. Easily managed during the storage, pick up and delivery. Re-delivery was easy and the date I required was available. Eddie was wonderful, polite and personable. Unloaded it where I wanted and stayed to assist with opening the box in case anything moved and fell onto me. A lovely chap.

It’s always nerve wracking when moving day arrives! But Frank arrived exactly when he said he would, stayed in communication and made the process so easy, cannot fault him at all!
