I recently moved from Sydney to Brisbane and initially got quotes from traditional removalists until I discovered TAXIBOX. For a similar price, having local storage seamlessly bundled with delivery completely won me over. On top of that, every single interaction with their team was outstanding. Any question or issue was resolved in a split second. From initial inquiry and booking to delivery and customer support, it’s been a 10/10 experience.

Hello! I had a Taxibox brought from Woollahra, NSW to Adelaide. The whole process was easy and a great price. Dean was the friendly driver who just dropped off the box to be unpacked in Adelaide. He was amazing on the forklift! Thanks so much for a wonderful service. I would wholeheartedly recommend!

Absolutely disgusting customer service currently have storage due to homelessness and health issues paid in full and taxi box takes it upon themselves to take extra payments without authorisation leaving me in a horrible situation unprepared to fix the problem Highly do not recommend as no one seems to be qualified to do the job
