Quick and efficient. Friendly and professional as well as helpful.

Great experience as always. Smooth re-delivery and driver was very professional and polite (Eddie)

Such excellent communication from delivery right through pickup.
Very pleased with service

Eddie was super friendly, worked safety and promptly, a great service was provided.

The whole taxi box experience has been fantastic! All communication has been super clear and reliable. Having the convenance has been a blessing and when it came time for delivery Adam was lovely dropped the box on my drive way aloud me to quickly empty it then took it right away.

I was told there would be a text or call prior to delivery. This did not happen and I’m not sure if the box had been dropped in the correct location.

Eddie did a great job once again for delivering Taxibox to right where wanted it and picking up the next day

These guys make moving so easy and efficient. Don't like moving much but if I have to do it I will always choose Taxi box

Service has been excellent. From online platform, to customer service and delivery person was 10/10. Would (and will) recommend!!

Eddie was fantastic in delivering our taxi box early this morning and even had a little gift for my son. He walked me through everything and has very helpful. Thanks Eddie!

Danny was the best driver and deliverer as well as just a great guy. He set the boxes up perfectly to make the job of unpacking as easy as possible. Can’t recommend him strongly enough!

Frank at Taxibox was punctual (to the minute!) and delivered our box seamlessly into a reasonably tight space. I love how flexible they are with drop off and pick up dates. 5 stars.

Moving is hard enough. TAXIBOX made it that little bit easier. Easy process, great staff, and, on time.

Will use again.
